    terrible company called on August 22 to cut off second service on property still billed for til Octobe 7th. tell you one thing billing.

    Jessica Calles is the only person from Verizon who would help me when my new iPhone 17 Pro Max…read moreexperienced USB port failure - it stopped transferring data. I have Apple Care and Verizon customer service said it would be at least 2 or 3 weeks before I could get my phone replaced. I went to the nearby Apple Store and they said they could repair the phone in a few hours after receiving the part. I went with Apple. [aside: if the phone can be repaired, I was told by the folks at Apple that the major carriers refer to them for warranty repairs anyway]. The only "problem" was that the repair required a new enclosure and logic board, so a brand new set of IMEI numbers and new serial number. I had to contact Verizon to reactivate the phone. The first woman from Verizon's customer service treated me like I was an idiot for having Apple do the work. She was condescending and rude and claimed I had replaced the phone without Verizon's authorization. By the time I get to Jessica, she noted the new IMEI numbers and reached out to her manager and another contact and had Verizon add the IMEI numbers to their network and got the phone working again. Jessica is the one who got it done, and she is - hands down - the best public-facing employee Verizon has and is the sole reason I didn't cancel my new contracts, return all phones and go with another carrier. Hopefully Verizon will read this and get with her to find out why she's so awesome and then train their other public-facing employees to be like Jessica.

This gentleman was very patient in answering my questions made my switch from AT&T to Verizon seamless. Overall great experience, I highly recommend version over AT&T!!
