I have had problems with my phone since I got it. I pay a pretty penny every month and use my phone for business, but thr coverage has been really bad with lots of dropped calls. Leola spent alot of time with me and gave me all my options last week. She spent so much time with me I mentioned her when I got there a few times. I gave a negative review because t mobile customer care supervisor gave the option of what I could do to try and finally rectify my situation that I've had since May, a warranty exchange, non screen cover received, and 147 dropped calls later..... Dolce calls a couple of folks and doesn't mention offers Cameron is asking about. I acknowledge that, and she text him. Cameron then ask her to call someone and she huffy and puffs like a 5 year old. I'm sorry....there are other providers and I'm not getting the best service anyway, I won't pay for attitudes either. I politely told her, no worries and I'd go somewhere else. She then began to try and call someone and the puff was enough for me. Its not like I'm looking for something free, I'm looking for something right. I do hope we understand customers aren't the problem and finding a solution should be thr end result. Not blowing because you have to work a little bit for the customer. What are notes for?
