I told him my issues and he spent at least 10-15 minutes listening to me and was sure that he could help me. (I was locked out of One Drive with years of files and photos potentially lost forever, I thought I had been hacked with ransomware and was ready to trash my desk top and laptops based on what the other IT guy had told me!). The next day I went in and I knew I was in the right place within the first few minutes of visiting with them. Not only did he obviously not know what he was doing, but he was afraid to place the order AFTER already taking our money. Then we found out that he had more than doubled the price.
