This isn't my first time with this Verizon or maybe even my second, might've been my 3rd but all times i left unsatisfied, the first biggest issue was when I came to get a transfer pin and I spent 30 minutes up there trying to get it just to be told it was invalid. This time. they created an issue and made it worse by not having anyone communicate towards me via email or customer support bc i contacted them all the way through. I made 2 same day orders in a period of 4 days trying to order 2 different phones cases for the IPhone 16e, the first one I cancelled bc 2 days went by and they never processed the order so I assumed they were out of stock and I didn't feel like waiting any longer, keep in mind I called up there to make sure the order was processin. the 2nd order which I just picked up I had to contact customer service for the millionth time bc I've never had a store not process a order for pickup and they had to instruct me to go in person even though the store was not willing to process it for pickup and that annoyed me, what makes it worse is the idea that they had the case ready for pickup once I got there so they were just to lazy to go through the normal process. Nonetheless avoiding this Verizon at all cost at this point to many headaches for no reason, I see why they're rated the way they are now, i hope I never Have to conduct business with that store ever again.

Customer service like this shows me that people care enough to help customers when needed and it's worth trying to get the right help when you aren't sure about the results from another store.

I like the stores due to having a better selection and being able to breakdown the phone specs, prior to purchasing. I am happy with the choice I made and the customer service was exceptional, I will definitely come back to this location when it is time to upgrade again. I came here to get another phone due to my existing Note 4 going out on me. I actually came here…read moretwice the same day. When I returned I had to wait a bit because I was waiting on same representative who helped me out before. However they did offer to get another representative for me. But I asked if they worked off of commission and they said yes. So rightfully so I stayed with the previous representative. The person who helped me out was knowledgeable with Android and iOS. I favor more with Anroid over Apple. He explained some of the reasons why my Note 4 was dying so fast. Which I totally agreed with him. You have to love the marketing with cell phones these days. You pay about a grand for a phone to only last you two years basically. One cool thing about this place was they helped me out with my kids. They put some cartoons for them to keep them occupied as they were getting tired of sitting there waiting on me to get my new phone. I thanked the gentleman who did that for me. Over all I was happy and impressed. These places can be crazy and suck at times depending on the staff and the management type at each store.

There were two people working. I was there for five minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that I walked in the door. There was another lady there very frustrated because she was trying to get the man to look at her phone because it was messing up and he just kept telling her that there was nothing he could do. She just needed to buy another phone. Didn't even try to help her. They were not busy. I do not understand why I was ignored. I would rate this store at zero stars but one star is the only option I have.
