This verizon is horrible at processing orders and products, the only thing stopping me from leaving…read morea 1 star is there customer service, which I should add is leagues about their technical support. This isn't my first time with this Verizon or maybe even my second, might've been my 3rd but all times i left unsatisfied, the first biggest issue was when I came to get a transfer pin and I spent 30 minutes up there trying to get it just to be told it was invalid. This time. they created an issue and made it worse by not having anyone communicate towards me via email or customer support bc i contacted them all the way through. I made 2 same day orders in a period of 4 days trying to order 2 different phones cases for the IPhone 16e, the first one I cancelled bc 2 days went by and they never processed the order so I assumed they were out of stock and I didn't feel like waiting any longer, keep in mind I called up there to make sure the order was processin. the 2nd order which I just picked up I had to contact customer service for the millionth time bc I've never had a store not process a order for pickup and they had to instruct me to go in person even though the store was not willing to process it for pickup and that annoyed me, what makes it worse is the idea that they had the case ready for pickup once I got there so they were just to lazy to go through the normal process. Nonetheless avoiding this Verizon at all cost at this point to many headaches for no reason, I see why they're rated the way they are now, i hope I never Have to conduct business with that store ever again.

The ratings are zero. The manager Lewis doesn't know what he's talking about. He's very rude and…read morenauseous. All the other representatives of Verizon don't know their hand from their back. Their cell phones are cheap. The customer is always is wrong because they don't know how to do their jobs properly. They wouldn't exchange our phones. We've been back four times in a row. Now they to go and get another provider. Because Verizon and the people they hire. Don't know how to work. They're a bunch of dumbasses. Yeah you heard me. Right. Verizon sucks. Employees suck.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T to get better customer service. So far, I am not seeing that I went…read morein to get my phone fixed and get some billing questions answered because my bill is way higher than they quoted me when I started. There were two people working. I was there for five minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that I walked in the door. There was another lady there very frustrated because she was trying to get the man to look at her phone because it was messing up and he just kept telling her that there was nothing he could do. She just needed to buy another phone. Didn't even try to help her. They were not busy. I do not understand why I was ignored. I would rate this store at zero stars but one star is the only option I have.

My step son had his phone stolen and he desperately needed his phone for work the next day. So we…read morewent into the AT&T store in Watauga and had an amazing experience. We were assisted by Salvador Gomez and he could not have been more patient or helpful. My stepson did not have his ID as it too was stolen so he could not show that he was an authorized user on the account and I was not an authorized user on the account so Salvador helped us figure out how to get that set up and helped us figure out the best deal since we were still paying on the cell phone that had been stolen. It was just all the way around an incredible experience. I give Salvador two thumbs up. He is an excellent asset to the store.
