He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. His location was convenient for me but if I had another computer repair, I would not hesitate to drive 30 minutes to get to him.

But they were unable to even sync it up with a basic website. They locked us up into a contract and began to take their monthly draws off my Amex. There were many "strategy meetings", "weekly and monthly agenda", "game-plans", "critical paths", but "NO RESULTS". Promise after promise of doing "Campaigns", but nothing ever actually got done. While you're meeting with the team, they are constantly on their phones, not listening or caring what your needs actually are. They fumble around with ideas, pulling them out of thin air and borrowing ideas from other campaigns. I spent about 15 hours working with the team before deciding I needed my money back and needed to find a new marketing team. They kept saying no, you are so close to having the perfect campaign, don't leave us now. This place might be okay if you don't really need a major marketing campaign, or you're experienced with working with marketing people but definitely not for first time small business owners.
