What went well? They got my Google Ads account unsuspended!! I didn't believe it was possible after 6 months of trying to get Google to unsuspend my PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED Ads account (It was for Circumventing Policy, which was later revealed to be about Advertiser Verification, which was a mistake on their end) There was no way for me to appeal any more times or contact anyone at Google. Stubgroup figured out the right combination of tactics to get Google's attention and had my account reinstated in 2 weeks. I didn't believe these companies could do anything I couldn't do when it came to getting an account back, and I didn't want to pay, but with Google Ads being my main source of sales, it was well worth it. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! - The first review I wrote was when I was gleaming from ear to ear at the endless possibilities that I thought were awaiting our small business by hiring the Stubgroup. The updated review tells an entirely different story. It wasn't until I hired a trustworthy respectable marketing Company was I able to see this shear incompetence that was displayed inside our ad account. Our new marketing company showed us the laziness of these Stubgroup account managers that were running our ads at $2000 per month since April for $750/mo + an additional 10% of ad spend that would go directly to the Stubgroup. Complete neglect is the only words that I can use to describe what they did to our ad account. First review: Our business hired StubGroup to take over our Google and Facebook ads. We literally just hired them and haven't even seen how well they run our ads yet, but feel compelled to write a five star review simply based on their onboarding process. So detailed and thorough. And that questionnaire! Asked ALL of the right questions. Can't wait to launch & scale with our new team:) Update: The stubgroup is a terrible marketing company. They lied and told me they had experience running Google ads, but after wasting thousands of our dollars, it was clear they are scammers who do as little as possible and collect as much money from me as they could. I wouldn't trust a word from the CEO of @stubgroup John horns mouth. He allowed my company to be taken advantage of by 4 (four) of his different account managers over a 3 month period for over $10,000. We are in the process of filing a legal claim against them in the Texas Civil court system. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of these clowns read more
