Went to this location because another location said i needed a manager to over ride something in order to get my phone transferred . It is 2:50pm , was locked and some mane came up to the door , looked at me as if he was annoyed by my being there . All he said was We Are Closed , loudly . Then i started to look for hours of operation and he loudly again said " We are closed " Walked away . A few minutes later a different person walks out and says something like "leave " as he walked past my car into the parking lot . Then turned around and walked back in. Very rude! Our company pays a lot of money to Verizon for all of our phones . No one deserves such disrespect . The man at the EULESS address was amazing ! Referred someone here and was sorely disappointed at the customer service the Manager at this location provided. The Sales people were too busy talking amongst themselves and showed no desire or willingness to provide any service. I won't recommend anyone here again. They didn't provide any service except for process the transaction. If the phone wasn't needed at the time, I would have wholeheartedly discouraged the person from doing business with Verizon. Surely there are other service providers who still desire and strive to provide excellent customer service with a willingness to provide a positive customer experience, who also value and respect all people. read more

Ok, so I switched after 20 years with AT&T. Actually my manager asked that we all use Verizon even though it is my personal phone and since my contract was up I made the switch. I did some research and decided that Verizon had the fastest internet access and best networks across the US. But the one thing you cannot do is make a call and surf the internet at the sane time from my phone. However you can text and be on the phone at the same time which is good. Now for the review for this location, the service was the best I have ever received from a Wireless Service Provider. From the moment I walked in they were helpful and knowledgable about the products, services and made recommendations that put me at ease about my decisions to buy a smart phone and internet device as well as adding internet for my iPad. Great service and great products; go in and give they a shot. read more

What a waste of time visiting this store. Never had sales associates so unwilling to do their job. Literally had a guy not sell me a new iPhone, did everything he could for me to go home and order the phone myself. If that's the case, why bother having these locations open? I asked detailed questions prior to agreeing to be added because I cannot afford to accept a phone plan that is out of my budget. I was absolutely lied to as my brother as my witness. I am sitting in the store for hours yet again. Yesterday one of the verizon customer phone reps didn't follow protocol and I have identity theft issues. I have had fraudulent activity many times on this account because of that. I setup a passcode and the agent changed the passcode for someone who stole my identity and didn't verify the passcode first. So I have to come in here and deal with that. Next day. My new iPhone 7 stops working. I go to the store to just return it and re activate my old iPhone that I still have. I have been here over an hour while they try and figure out this simple transaction. I hate Verizon now and I can't leave because of those wonderful contracts. Here is the beauty. I return the iPhone 7 because it does not work at all and they charge me a $35 restocking fee after having dealt with this fraud issue and the fact the phone doesn't work oh and they don't refund my $20 upgrade fee even though I'm not upgrading anymore. This is the worst place worst experience worst everything it can really be a person down having to deal with stuff like this in life read more

They will alert you to promotions and then not show you any of the details. Then when you confront them about these shady business practices they say my hands are tied and will not help you. Decided I would go ahead and make the plunge and switch from AT&T to Verizon. After doing some comparisons on plans and rates, I decided I would get much more for my money here, still get a new iPhone very year, and they would give me a financial incentive bonus to make the switch. On top of that, my husband, who was already a Verizon customer, wanted to upgrade his phone even though he wasn't due for an upgrade for nearly 2 months. We weren't sure if they would do it or not. We went on a Monday afternoon around 1PM and there was only one other customer in the store. We told the guy who greeted us at the door what we were wanting to do and he referred us to a salesman named Jason Lawrence. Jason was awesome!! He is super knowledgeable, upfront and honest, and worked with us for almost an hour and a half getting everything switched over (it took a little longer than normal since I had to change my phone number and all). Plus, he helped us out with several promotional deals they had running at the time - including an 18GB data plan the two of us to share each month. Also, they had a deal running where if you got a new iPhone, they would knock $300 off the price of a new iPad. So I got the Air 2 (newest one out right now) for only $360 with a data plan on it for only $10 per month. Plus I still get to get a new iPhone every year like I used to when I was with AT&T... awesome! Anyway, I walked away with my new iPhone, he got his new Note 5, a new iPad, and we are saving money every month on our bill now. Very happy. read more

If we do it is thanks to Garrett. Verizon is expensive and charging for GB is too much. I miss my unlimited. Well, I'm getting a new phone. What poppycock. You pay for a brand new phone, it develops a clear mechanical problem 38 days after purchase and the "insurance" replaces it with a "like new refurbished" phone. Thankfully they are replacing it with a new, new phone...supposedly, but I have my doubts. I was told they were out of stock of new Galaxy 5's. Would someone like to go to the Verizon store on Wm. D. Tate in Grapevine and try to buy a new Galaxy 5 today? I'm sure they would find one. Whatever, at least it's being replaced. We are at their mercy unfortunately, but how many businesses would get away with replacing defective equipment with used equipment...not many I'd say. Shame on you Verizon and Samsung. read more

After deciding on a samsung galaxy s5,we assumed he was downloading all of the info from.my daughter`s phone while we were waiting the 30 plus minutes after concluding the sale...only to find out that it was the cover that was being applied! We had departed,realized no info was on the new phone ( after he had requested the memory card).We had to call him to find out the we had to do this ourselves..ha..whatever you do,do not request this salesperson. I have always experienced excellent customer service at this location, but Jason Lawrence takes the cake. Seriously, I wish I had a cake to give him. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Even though we were mostly just collecting information, we left with our problem solved and a idea of what we want. I have been using this store since it was built and I normally dont complain, but the service has been on the decline for the plast couple of years, but yesterday was rock bottom and I wont return. First off, not one single employee was wearing anything that would I dentifey them as a verizion rep except their lanyard, so it was confusing on who to talk with. second the rep that I was paired up with was CLULESS and wasted my time. I kept asking what good is being eligible for an upgrade if im still paying retail for a phone over two years, and she didnt have a clue. the store was a mess, phones on display werent working and no one working seemed to care. I was told that this is a corporte store, but felt like a franchise. My experieince was so bad im even considering switching away from verizion. read more
