Especially since we had lots of questions and are basically clueless on how iPhones work. He was able to help setup some of the main important things that I needed and was able to copy lots of the stuff over from the other phone. He made this process very painless and quick. I still had to spend a few hours setting up all the passwords and programs that I had installed and still haven't finished, but I had years of stuff on my old phone. The pictures copied, but my MP3 music files didn't, but I will figure out how to get them over there. We have been with T-Mobile for many years (joined when it was Voicestream many years ago) and have always been happy with the service and customer service from them.

We originally had reservations at another location but decided to come here instead because it was brand new. When we walked in we were greeted, however there was no where to sign in. Previously I said we had reservations, I actually moved them to this location fairly easily online. I should say when I say reservations I really mean "appointment." I expected if I had an appointment that someone would ask me about that, but no one dead. Instead, we were told there would just be a moment. I don't know if others in front of us were truly in front of us or just happen to get to the store before our appointment. Either way setting up appointment seems kind of pointless. All that being said, the wait was not very long, I would say about 15 minutes or so while the two employees present on that Saturday morning troubleshoot it the issues. The introduction to the conversation was a bit awkward but after I shared how much I already knew about the plans from reviewing the night before, the conversation turned into somewhat more educational so that I could better understand the plans they offer. This was the reason I came in the store rather than just purchasing outright online. The employees there were nice one was the store manager who traveled about an hour and a half to get to work every day which made me feel sorry for him. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Although I can't remember his name, I did complete the text message survey and gave high marks for him. The review here it's only three stars because of my experience with the appointment being set up but never acknowledged. This was not necessarily a problem, I just feel like they should not offer "appointments," if they do nothing with them. I will be using this T-Mobile location going forward because of the gentleman that helped us and the other young lady in the store who was also very friendly and helpful to her other guests.

    Came in to buy my daughter, the iPhone 16 and upon doing that received a syncing tracker that the…read morestore had going on as a promo however, I was misled and told I would not be charged for this device now a month after that day I see charges on my bill representatives should not misguide customer for whatever reason or promo that was occurring, especially when finances are difficult currently Also disappointed with the manager because he was right there along side of the representative that was taking care of my iPhone 16 purchase very disappointed.Guys Do better next time please and save us T-Mobile customers the hassle of now having to resolve unaware billing issues

The place was empty and the three "employees" scattered away from us when entered the store and approached the counter. The second mistake was asking them for help. We told them what we wanted - to switch service from AT&T and get new phones. The uninterested, unhelpful, person gave us one-word answers and told us we could do everything we needed from a home computer. He told us he would send the new phones to our home and that we cannot pick up phones there. He was really a rude ahole who hated his job. Luckily, went to another T-mobile place in Euless off of Glade. The customer service was like night and day. The store was busy yet we were warmly welcomed and Nelkyan gave us excellent, A-one service. He sat us down and patiently explained all of our options to us. We left with our new phones and new service very confident in the choice we made. You can tell Nelkyan and the other employees there love helping people. They provide stellar service. Kudos to their manager who has trained them well. As for the manager of the Bedford location on Central, you can close this site as your workers are really horrible, turning away potential customers and are better suited for flipping burgers and not interfacing with customers.
