I went in hoping to exchange a phone that had been shipped to me incorrectly. Despite waiting patiently, multiple staff members ignored me. When I finally got assistance, the rep outright refused to even look up my account or verify my situation as a long-time paying customer. She showed zero interest in resolving my problem. As a customer of over two decades who has given T-Mobile substantial business, I was deeply frustrated to be treated with such disregard and apathy. I left feeling that my loyalty meant nothing to them. This experience was absolutely frustrating and insulting. I hope T-Mobile takes notice of how poorly long-term customers are being treated at this location. I want to continue giving T-Mobile my business, but changes need to be made to customer service policies and staff training as a priority. Until then, I will reluctantly have to take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.
