Before I left, he double checked everything like FaceTime and Face ID to make sure it was all working perfectly. That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

Then I brought them more difficult task Xiaomi phone with fingerprint sensor. They told me that there are 2 options - cheaper, but without the sensor, and more expensive, but it would work as original. I have picked up the later. When the phone was ready, I found out that the sensor was not working. And there it started. Instead of admitting the mistake, they started blaming me. The lady (later she appeared to be the owner's wife) came out to the front and told that the sensor needs to be initiated after screen replacement. I did not shout, I only asked one question - why did you lie to me and why are you lying now. The exited lady when back, saying that she would put my old screen back.
