Was there today around 315-345. Younger blonde girl working was extremely miserable, unpleasant and didn't even say "hi" when we went up to make our pizza. She handed our pizzas and mine was cut, but not my boyfriends. He asked nicely and said excuse me politely and just asked her to cut the pizza. She comes back and literally chucks/drops the pizza on the table in front of my boyfriend. I was absolutely appalled. I went up to her and said the way you put that down was extremely rude, "sorry". Didn't even go apologize to my poor embarrassed boyfriend.... the manager in charge listened to my complaint and refunded our whole order, which was nice and she apologized for the poor service. The pizza was absolutely amazing. read more

This is an excellent addition to Murray st and the Ottawa market. The food is fresh, tasty and fast. Service is outstanding. I had the BBQ chicken pizza, which reminded me of a cross between a New York pizza and one you would get in Europe. This is a must try! read more

Absolutely awesome place. Cool laid back atmosphere. Great helpful staff, and most of all delicious wood fired pizza. They take less then ten mins, and are some of the best pizzas you will ever eat. read more

Fiazza Fresh Fired - Fresh pizza... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - Pizza Near Me - Ottawa, Ontario

Really awesome place. Great location, yummy pizza. Good place to meet with friends and grab a beer (or wine that they have on tap). Love how customizable everything is, and reasonably priced. There's a vegan option (their dough is vegan, and they offer diaya cheese), which is a plus. Staff are helpful, and the whole process of ordering and making the pizza is pretty quick. The owner (or just the manager? not sure) is often around, and always seems energetic and happy. Probably the best pizza downtown. read more

Excellent pizza every time! I love the option of customizing your own personal pizza- especially since my palate is not in tune with popular choices. Whenever I go to Fiazza's, I am overjoyed by the range of choices from artichoke to sun-dried tomato. Beats the chain pizza places and I wish they did delivery. read more

It's not always about food, it's actually a lot of times about the attitude, and let me tell you that this place is awesome in both of these. They know what they're doing, and they love what they're doing! Awesome place! read more

We had a carnivore, bbq chicken and pepperoni pizza and a ceaser salad for 4 of us and brought some home. All was great. The ceaser salad had great homemade garlic dressing and all pizzas were great! We debated over the 'Best' pizza, but don't think you can go wrong. read more

It is in an excellent location, and has nice open seating. It's a cool concept, love the opportunity to either choose from pizzas or make your own and they make it for you fresh in the oven. But I wasn't blown away. And the pizzas were pretty small for the price. read more

Seriously the best thin crust pizza. Try the spicy four-cheese!

Found this place on Yelp, walked to the place since wasn't too far away. The pizza was so good, crust was thin and not too burnt. The topping were so good and the price was really good for two pizzas!! read more

I come in at 15h45, the restaurant is empty. The waiter asks for my name, which is 4 letters long and even though I enunciate all the letters one by one distinctly he manages to screw it up. I tell him I want a Magik Mushroom Pizza, then he sends me to the cash where the cashier asks me if I want anything else, I ask for water, then she tells me the pizza will be ready soon, so I sit down at the end of the restaurant that is not sunlit. 10 seconds later, the waiter tells me that the cashier can process my payment, so I need to go back there again. She gives me a glass that I have to fill at the fountain "under the Nestea", and so I press the Nestea button, Nestea comes out, and she pops behind me telling me to spill the Nestea I just got by mistake and to press on a little button right on the side where an arrow is barely visible. The machine took a long time to fill the glass with water, it was really slow and looked like a bad joke. The ice cubes weren't going out of the machine either, so I had to deal with it. The pizza comes, and it was the most horrific pizza I ever saw. It was swimming in oil, and the crust was so big I barely had anything to eat in the middle, not that there was anything in the middle to begin with. I proceed to take a slice and the toppings all fell off. The cashier who was wandering around tells me that I have to "let it rest a bit", like this is my problem, and it's the first time I hear anything about letting a pizza rest. I ask for a fork, she brings it, and because I already paid for the tip, she never came back to ask me how the pizza was, because she would have known that my palate got so scraped that my gums were hurting, and I left a piece of it on the plate. I will never go back there, and I'm not recommending this place to anyone. Keep your money for a frozen pizza. read more

Not gonna lie, the pizza was good. A bit too greasy for my taste but it was okay! My only complaint is how THIN the actual pizza is. Bitch am I eating goddamn paper? Am I a GOAT ? The cheese slides off quickly and the sauce...yikes . Oh well, i guess i'm just too picky read more

Good and decent pizza but not the authentic Italian pizza. Overall they have a good snack sized pizza with many choose your own combos as well some pre made types. It's a self service place however it's not priced as such. The tomato sauce is a bit too sweet and acidic. Overall ok but not even close to Anthony's pizza in wellington. read more

This place is amazing in its simplicity. With a small selection of specialty pies and the option to make your own, this is how simple pizza should be. All the ingredients are fresh, some local and all delicious! The "Red Sauce" has to be my favourite pizza sauce in Ottawa. I usually order the Carbonara with the "Red Sauce" instead of the Alfredo or the Carnivore as is. The Carbonara has just the right amount of toppings and the locally smoked bacon is delicious! The Carnivore has an amazing balance of flavours. I never order a pizza with all meat toppings but Carnivore is making me reconsider this. You completely forget the amount of meat on this thing and just savour the pizza as a whole. I visited this location several times and was never disappointed. You can call ahead but usually the pizza doesn't take much more than 10 minutes to prepare. read more

First time in ottowa, found this place on yelp visiting by ward market. One word; unbelievable. This was one of the best pizzas I ever had in my life. I had the Bella prosciutto. Replaced the blue cheese with mozzarella after one of the staff's advice. The balance of the palvore:rosemary, amount of prosciutto, aragula was amazing. The thin crust was crispy, some people may not like it but it was just great! I highly recommend this place. read more

Have had about five times and have never been disappointed. Love the pizza here. Good price.

Great fresh thin crust piazza! After a busy day we stumbled upon this place and were really happy with the great atmosphere and the good food. This definitely was not the greatest pizza I've ever had, but it was still good! Would recommend giving this place a try. read more

This place offers excellent fresh wood fire pizza with an array of delicious gourmet toppings for you to choose from. I love that it's an upscale "fast food" option. The crust is nice and thin and bubbly from the heat of the fire. They also serve local beer and beverages. Who ever complained about Pizza and Beer! I had the fungi pizza, it's delicious but a tad too much truffle oil (I know I'm a brat for saying that!). The taste gets a bit overpowering is all. read more

I came here to meet some people and try out the vegan pizza which uses Daiya vegan cheese. The environment is simple, and you choose the ingredients at a cafeteria style counter. I decided to have a spicy sweet pizza with pineapple and hot peppers. Within a few minutes the pizza is out of the wood fired oven and ready to eat. With a drink my bill came to about $20 which is quite acceptable for a night out in the market. I was not a fan of Daiya before this, but it was quite good on this pizza. The only downside was that they did not have coffee or tea available for after, so I missed that after dinner tradition. read more

Reviews once again led me to anticipation. I ordered a margarita pizza and Caprese salad. The salad was basically flavorless rucola and tomato's with uninteresting goat cheese drenched in oil. The pizza arrived with a pool of orangish-yellow grease on top with roughly chopped basil. The pizza was not bad as I really dislike when a pizza is smothered in cheese and grease. On the other hand it was rather boring lacking flavors typical of good mozzarella, red sauce and basil. The only hint of flavor was the occasional encounter with a flake of salt. Sorry I cannot make any recommendations for a better pizza in Ottawa. read more

Fiazza Fresh Fired - Pizza Near Me - Ottawa, Ontario

Fiazza has it all. This is your reference pizza joint Ottawa (and it's great with kids). The pies are a cross between a NYC and and Italian pizza. The service is friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is warm, clean and comfortable. The first time you try their pizza won't be your last, by far the best pizza we have had in Ottawa. I highly recommend Fiazza Fresh Fired to everyone. I love pizza. I've tried all the Ottawa favourites and without question Fiazza is the best. You will not be disappointed. read more

Been here a couple of times last summer. For $20 including tip for a personal pepperoni pizza and a beer is just good value. The pizza was perfectly cooked, nice and crusty with no black marks in sight. The cheese is a bit underwhelming, but the sauce is fresh and tasty. Being a fast food style restaurant the service is very quick, received my food within 5 minutes of sitting down (and got my kitchissippi beer instantly). Beer selection is small but considering it's all craft brews it's not too bad. There is wine available as well as a large selection of pop and other non-alcoholic beverages. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat for a reasonable price this is definitely a good choice. read more

The pizzas here are so good! It's amazing that they can cook them in such a short time, making it fast food service time for real food meals. Great menu selection of traditional and unique topping combos. The only downsides are the lineup can get long and loud and there's not a ton of seating. read more

Dropped in here with the kids - pizzas are a good size for a lunch and just the right thickness. The marguerita was well balanced - not too much cheese, but enough heft. I had the Magik Mushroom - I'm not sure the truffle oil adds much, but otherwise a good balance. They had two desserts out, but we took a pass for today - it is also licensed, but just water for us this time. read more

I love this place. You get to make your own pizza. The staff is great and answers all of your question. Id recommend trying Fiazza if you're craving pizza. read more

This is a great little pizza place in the market. The portions are perfect for one person or for sharing and there are so many great options that you don't even need to customize it. The BBQ chicken was one of the more memorable pizzas I've had there. Also you get the feeling that they really are using good ingredients for their pizzas which makes it so much better. I've eaten in and order through Uber Eats and both times to food has been great as well as the service eating in. read more

Great pizza at a good price. I love how it's all made fresh in front of you. Nice ambiance too! It's cheaper and better quality than a lot of the pizza places near the Market. read more

This place was okay. Nice atmosphere, however the pizza was lacking something. Nothing to impressive and I definitely won't be going back.

Their fresh thin crust pizzas are awesome!! We ordered pepperoni and Bella prosciutto. The size is good enough for a meal and wont cause you to feel guilty. The taste is salty than I expected, but still delicious. More importantly, the atmosphere is great! Feel really casual and energetic:) great place for friends to get together. read more

Really great little pizza place downtown. It's sorta tucked away on a smaller side street of the market, but it's a nice street with a few other good places on it, so it's worth checking out. You order your pizza, drinks, etc at the cash and then they bring you your pizza when it's ready. The staff was friendly and the pizza came out quickly despite the restaurant being a bit busy. You can build your own pizza or pick a redesigned one. I opted for a redesigned one with alfredo sauce instead of regular pizza sauce for something different and it was quite good! And the price is good too. I shared my pizza with my sister and we were both full on an around 12 dollar pizza. They also have sauces you can buy for dipping which were both pretty good, but a little pricey. The restaurant has a nice layout with a variety of types of seating. It'd be nice if they had a coat hook near the stools by the window though, since there isn't really anyplace to put your coat if you choose to sit there. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be back. read more

Great pizza place, outdoor patio, delicious pizza, nice staff. Had the yelp check in deal: pizza, salad, and drink. Two thumbs up.

I like pizza but it's never my number 1 choice when heading out for dinner. I was with a friend one night and we were in a bit of a hurry, we ended up randomly popping into Fiazza. It did not disappoint!!! The personal pan pizza I had was so delicious and filling that I had leftovers to take home which I definitely enjoyed the next morning for breakfast! The pizza is quite affordable too and the service was awesome. It's also pretty neat to watch your pizza get made and thrown in the oven. I will be back! read more

I have never been to the restaurant as I always order via uber eats. The selection on uber eats is great. There are many options which makes it suitable for everyone. The pizzas are really thin which sometimes makes it a tad hard to eat because the base gets soggy. Otger than that I have no complaints. When I order the food always gets to my place within 30mins read more
