Naz is fantastic, get your pizza here!!! Extremely accommodating and great personality.

Willy's is by far in my opinion the best pizza in town! also the owner is very friendly and provides amazing service.

I am 65 years old and I have been eating Pizza for at least 50 of those 65. Willys is the absolute best pizza I have ever ate in those 50 years. Well done Willy's read more

Great pizza we always Oder from Willy's for the construction crew ...but this time shorted us on our drinks... but pizzas good

Preordered the pizza and wings Monday special to be delivered to the parks after my ball game. Ordering was pleasant and simple. The delivery was precisely on time and the food was excellent. The wings were far better than average pizza place fare and the pizza itself was amazing. No need to order extra cheese, they are quite generous, and every player on the team commented how good this pie was. We'll definitely be making this call again. read more

Amazing medium/thick crust pizza. Fresh made dough, sauce and high quality cheese = recipe for success. This pizza isn't cheap so if you're looking for bargain-basement prices, look elsewhere. Pizza has always been flawless. Once, a side of zucchini sticks was forgotten but it was promptly remedied... Hey, it's a pizza joint, and we were ordering on a Friday at 6: it happens! Again, I have to stress freshly made. If you appreciate quality, you'll dig! The flavors are fantastic. read more

We typically order from Joe's Pizza, House of Pizza on Richmond Rd. doesn't deliver our way.......so sad......but my gf found Willy's Pizza on yelp. 5 stars by Yelpers, pretty rare.....so we decided to try it out. I ordered at 5:56 and was told 45 min. to an hour......pretty standard line, no problem. So as I sit right now it's 7:39 and no pizza yet, they called 10 min and said their driver was in a car accident....apparently the driver is fine, a small fender bender....I hope it will be here soon and really, really good. I ordered a medium with pep, bacon, onion, mushroom, and half pineapple.....and we also went for the sweet and spicy wings well 2hrs later it arrived.......cooked well and although the bacon looks cool lying on top - i'm not a fan of it served like that as you only get 3 bites with bacon and then it's gone....cook real bacon and then crumble it on top. the sauce was ok, the sauce sets great pizza apart....I think it's homemade but it's very tomatoey.....almost like canned sauce. I still say House of Pizza is the best, and we are going to do a pick up this week just to confirm they still got it. I will forgive the extreme tardiness of this order based on the "car accident". read more

Delicious food. Helpful and friendly staff. Well worth the price. Would drive across the city for the food.

Sign at intersection is bait and switch: says "Slices $3" Then they want $9-plus for two veggie slices. Boss says pepperoni slices are $3, the other ones cost more. That's NOT what the sign says. They are hoping hungry people who are conned into entering will put up with this bait and switch, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. If they knew how many hundreds of dollars I've spent on delivery over the years, they might have acted ethically and sold me a "slice for $3" like the sign promises. No more ordering from them again. Willy's Pizza - a man in a green sweatshirt - Pizza Near Me - Kanata, Ontario

The service and food are amazing. This Willy's is takeout & delivery only. The pizzas are flavorful and loaded with toppings. I'm not sure what else to say about it. I used to order from other places, but now this is the only pizza place I use. read more

Worst experience ever! bought two large pizzas for my family looked yummy but after an hour or so we all felt sick and had upset stomach. Next day took the remaining slices of pizza to the store to let the owner know but the gentleman that I spoke to who seemed to be the incharge refused to take responsibility and just said sorry and told me that they sold 200 pizzas yesterday and no one complained in a way telling me that I was lying! No courtesy no customer service! read more

Have been using Willy's Pizza at Kakulu location on and off for the past four plus years because it seems that whoever takes the order is rushed and unwilling to provide the customer service one would expect, from a business like this. He seems agitated by questions and is super rude. I'm rushed through the order and I am made to feel as if I am an annoyance. Every time I have placed an order I have had this experience. I'm not sure if I am dealing with an employee, manager or the owner but it has been a deterrent to ordering more often. I won't be calling back after today's experience. This is not limited to a one time situation. I've never seen such poor customer service, ever. read more

My personal favorite pizza in Ottawa. Gabriel's would be second. Willys has loads of really good toppings, good crust(not too heavy). If you want an awesome pizza go to Willys! read more

Hands down the best Pizza and customer service I have ever experienced. Congrats to the whole team.

The pizza is always great! Nothing beats their 'hot and honey' wings. Price is more than fair, and delivery is quick. One of the top pizza places in Ottawa-West for sure! read more

We've tried all the various take-out and delivery pizzas in the area, but keep coming back to Willy's as the very best. Thick, fluffy crust, fresh toppings, tangy sauce, and lots & lots of cheese. No restaurant; take-out or delivery only, and the staff are friendly. Delivery usually takes 45 minutes or less, but can be longer on special event nights or bad weather. read more

Dont order fro Willy's Kanata. Terrible service. Pizza cold. Insulting telephone calls. After an hour I called to check on our order. Willy's said the driver was outside our door. 10 min later I called back. Willy's said he should have been at our door 5 mins earlier. Willy's appears to have no idea what is going on. read more

I was given the worst service ever from this location. I have to wonder if the owner is suffering from little man complex. I didn't realize the person dealing with me was the owner. When I came in to pick up my pizza, this guy was talking to his staff being very rude. Instead of serving me, he took a phone call....who ever he was talking to I feel sorry for...what an ignorant and rude man. When I got my pizza home it had the wrong toppings on it and it was soggy and gross. I called to complain and speak to the owner...lo and behold it was the rude guy I had seen in the store. Instead of apologizing he yelled at me and told me I must have ordered wrong. I'm allergic to mushrooms, so I am certain I didn't order any. He refused to make me a new pizza unless I paid for it. For a locally owned operation that is supposedly community based, I really expected more. The pizza was expensive and unedible and the owner was a total jerk. Since then I have tried Milano's and Tommy's in Kanata.....much better. They even thanked me for my order....what a concept! Willy's be damned. read more

Horrible, horrible customer service and will never return again! Ordered wings like we have many, many times before. They were delivered on time but were ice cold. Called to tell them and the young lady said she would call us back. Called back and said well the delivery time was ok, 20% off next time. My hubby was shocked, this was chicken...were they cooked? There was no concern for that or offer to fix the situation. Hubby decided to get in the car and take them back. The manager would barely acknowledge him and just instructed the young lady to just refund and then note on our file they won't take orders from us again - really!?!?!!? That is how you treat paying customers! I put a post on Facebook to see if others have had bad experiences there and low and behold many comments with similar stories. I will never go there again and encourage others the same....unless you like potentially uncooked food and a manager really doesn't care! I gave one star because that was the lowest this site allows, but they don't even deserve that! read more

Willy's Kanata is our go-to!! They always give us fast & friendly service. The food is flavourful, fresh and most importantly... filling. Good portion sizes!! If your looking to feed yourself or your family without breaking the bank, I definitely recommend Willy's. read more

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza for lunch on Wednesday and had the unfortunate experience of uncooked chicken and was sick for hours after. Store was Not busy and had lots of time to prepare it properly. For almost $35 for a large pizza and 4 dipping sauces I expected something far better than food poisoning read more

We were in search of a new pizza delivery option as our local favourite recently closed. The sauce was great, not overpowering. We'll definitely order from Willy's again. read more

Best pizza I've had in Ottawa, especially kalulu location. Friendly and very generous staff. I go once or twice a week.

Can't say I've ever had such a heavy and thick pizza that wasn't deep dish. Lots of cheese, thick, fluffy crust, perfect amount of sauce to compliment it all. The garlic dipping sauce is fresh, which is excellent if you like garlic. Just moved to Ottawa but this may be my go to. read more

Always quality food everytime we order. Delivery is on time and the pizza and sandwiches never disappoint.

Not really a review, just a complaint about something that should be very easy to follow. My husband and I ordered a club sub and asked for the bacon to be crispy on it. We received the sub with the bacon buried under everything and all of the pieces were hardly cooked, pretty much nothing but fat. Disgusting. I can't fault Willy's too much about this since many places do this, but really, how can you figure that rubbery, fatty bacon is crispy?? So gross... read more

Pizza is above average but service is terrible . Front line associate extremely rude, especially who I assume is the manager or owner of the Kakulu location. I ordered a pizza today and told me to come in 20 min. I arrived in 25 minutes and told me I had to wait another 15 min. Not acceptable service. I told them to forget the order as I had to get back to house due to timing issues with young children. This guy I believe is the owner or manager flipped out in front of all his customers saying canceling the order is unfair to them..... Apparently, according to him, its not unfair for the customer to wait much longer than promised. If he said it would have taken 45 min I could have made other arrangements with my kids but he didn't and apparently this is my fault! I have also ordered delivery from here many times chicken wings were often cold and under cooked. This owner/manager won't have to worry about me ordering any more - I decided to order from Colonade Pizza in Kanata... they said it would be ready in 20 min... it was ready on time and the servers were very well mannered. My suggestion - Don't go to Willy's dealing with their attitude and ego's isn't worth the pizza. Go to Colonade Pizza - Great Pizza!!!, even the wings were hot, what a concept - and best of all very well mannered associates. This isn't the first time I experience poor/rude service from Willy's but it is certainly the last as I will take my business elsewhere. read more

These people are complete morons. I ordered a pizza with dip, fries with gravy, and a sub. It arrives, but missing the gravy and dip. The delivery guy had no clue what to do. The receipt was correct. So with him at door I call the in to the store, explain multiple times before the twit woman on the phone says she'll send out the food that was messed up. But it would take another 45mins to an hour. ARE YOU #$&@$&# KIDDING ME?! I don't not give a Crap if your busy, your cooks messed up, blame it on them. She wouldn't send them out right away so I said screw he, I won't order from this place again. What good is passable food if your service is rock bottom. And no, this isn't the first time this has happend, I decided to give these clowns one last chance and they blew it. read more
