All I needed was to exchange some inexpensive tubes for my service Dogs trailer. The were 20 dollars, they went flat after one use. When I originally purchased them, she sold me the wrong size, so I had to buy larger tires. They wrote me a receipt on the back of a piece of register paper, not sure why. I'm guessing that they were the crap tubes that they were just trying to get rid of. She explained, "they are thorn resistant, not thorn proof". That said, I just wanted better tubes for his trailer. I asked her if she would just credit me 20 towards purchasing a better inner tube product from there store, she said no ! No one would call me back to discuss their issue. I now have been charged for a tip and tour that I never got to do and they will not respond in regards to my money back. They had texted to change my tour to Sunday but I am only in town for the one day as I explained to them. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. They are frauds and thieves.
