Jesse was comfortable and knowledgeable with how to handle our two high-energy dogs that are often untrusting of new people. By the 3rd walk/run, they had become comfortable with her with no more nerves/barking. The best thing about Little Furry Things? We get a detailed write up, photos, and map of where the pups when on their outing. Jesse was even featured on King 5 for her thoughtful walk summaries! The photos she takes are some of the best we have of our pups! For anyone needing a little extra help in getting your pets exercised and keeping them happy, I can't recommend Little Furry Things enough.

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. Every single message or request I've sent has been responded to and resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

I'm grateful to everyone there because they genuinely love dogs and are devoted to caring for our beloved pets. Kudos.

Thankfully we haven't had any emergencies, but even for ordinary communication about upcoming service, she usually gets back to me in minutes. - She leaves nothing to chance or uncertainty. She asks for a thorough profile on exactly how to care for Sushi, how to access our home, what to do in case of emergency, and more. She reads every word, asking for clarification or more details where needed. - Her online system and accompanying app is a very solid all-in-one place to message her, schedule services, enter relevant details, and pay bills. It's a nice change from janky text chains or Venmo requests. - She's willing and able to do things beyond ordinary pet-sitting. For example, Sushi receives daily subcutaneous fluids which involve a needle and IV bag. It took my partner and me a lot of practice to get that process down to a routine, and Aubbie picked it up quickly and does it expertly. And for all that, her pricing is very fair. I can't recommend her service enough. Hire her, you won't regret it!

It just occurred to me that I have never left a review for Seattle Canine Solutions. Shame on…read moreme!! Sharon helped me years ago and I still thank her (in my head) every day for teaching me how to be the best 'Pack Leader' to my best friend on four legs... Nola (The Wonder Dog)! Nola rescued me when she arrived at Seatac (from a Texas shelter) back in 2013. It was obvious from the start that my sensitive girl had been through some tough times and I was going to need some help in figuring things out. Sharon was incredible, right from the start! She taught me how to be patient and understand Nola's behavior... and most importantly, how to react and 'check' my own behavior. Sharon taught me so much in such a short period of time. Although Sharon, Nola & I haven't met 'on the regular' in many years, I still call on her when something pops up. I also like Sharon a bunch (as a person) & consider her a good Pal! So... in short, SHARON ROCKS! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be the best Pack Leader they can be... and a little bit more :)

We just adopted a sweet rescue after losing our much older dog and Sharon is gonna help us and our other sweet dog have fun and be a family. She is that good, we trust her and are going to take all of her suggestions as it means so much to us. Classes are so expensive. $275. For 5 classes of nose work (not private but with up to 8 people…read moreand their dogs taking turns in the training room one at a time). So approx. 15 mins instruction and training per dog. Class is 1.5 hrs. My roommate paid for the series of classes.. and unplanned she ended up in the hospital Emergency Room and had to have emergency orthopedic surgery. She texted and left a VM that she wouldn't be attending the classes the night before class started and asked to Be refunded the $275. They told her said NO to a refund.Too bad if you have an emergency. Our class isn't full and we couldn't fill the spot. But we will let you pay another $137.50 to sign up for another series in the future. So they kept the initial $275. And my roomie paid another 137.50 to be able to take said classes once she's all healed up and can walk again. They gave her a credit of 137.50 if she signed up to take the classes again. If she didn't there is no refund!! So that is 412.50 for 5 classes at approx 15min of ins time each week. So that ends up being a hour and 1/2 of instruction for 412.50. Holy Crap!! A huge rip off and absolutely crap business management for Dogs day out. Ok and my roomie has worked in the dog business in W Seattle for over 30 yrs and has referred dozens of dogs to this establishment over this years. She is going to take the classes that she paid 412.50 for so she isn't out the full amount she paid. But what a huge crock of doo doo. A poor business rule and my god she had to have emergency surgery. I know for a fact she will never refer another client to them or ever return to Dogs Day out for any classes herself. If I were her I'd also let my dog clients who she's referred to this biz about this if it comes up in convo. About this practise. Whatever happened to professional courtesy between biz owners in the same dog world. Or compassion when they end up having emergency surgery. I for one am really floored by this experience my roomie is going through!!!

Since Ursa became part of our family in 2019, during the time we still had our beloved girl, Avory, Frolic has been invaluable in ensuring our pets receive the essential care and attention they deserve. The team at Frolic has seamlessly integrated into our lives, acting as an extension of our family. After Avory's sad passing in 2020, we welcomed Reggie, our fun and highly energetic yellow lab, the following summer. Frolic has been a delightful care team, lovingly welcoming Reggie into their care and always providing him and Ursa with engaging playtime during their visits. They offer not only regular check-ins but also personalized care tailored to our pets' unique needs. Whether it's ensuring timely feeding, engaging them in playtime, or administering medication, we can always count on Frolic to step in whenever we are unavailable. Their dedication and compassion for our pets have truly made a significant difference in our lives and the lives of our pets. We are grateful for the support they provide during our busy times or when we need an extra helping hand. As a busy family, we take comfort in knowing that whenever we reach out to Frolic, our pets and home are in safe, reliable, and loving hands. We HIGHLY recommend Frolic for any pet care you may need. Thank you, Frolic, for always being there when we need you. Jessica, Ryan, Ursa, and Reggie. PS, The photos & walking map along with the visit follow-ups are always so great to have. I like that all of their staff walk the dogs in the same manner with the same type of leash; my dog even picked up some better leash manners with them. The overnights are pricier than Rover, but worth it knowing they are so reliable. They schedule the same staff whenever possible. On their app you can leave little quirks about your dog. For example my German Shepherd likes to be chased in circles around the kitchen island, so I usually get a pic of him running away around the kitchen. I was really nervous to leave my big dog with leash aggression but he seems to have more fun when I'm gone than if I never left! Even had one time when my return flight was delayed and they were able to find a last min early morning walker (for a fee which was totally fair). I can't recommend Frolic enough and I am so happy my Rover sitter started working there! :-)

To be honest, a lot of the magic is in the client wrangling. The product isn't so much "pet care" as "confidence that your pets are being thoughtfully and attentively cared for by someone that appreciates all their wonderful qualities." There's inherently a certain artifice to the detailed communication, the (high-quality!) photos of gamboling cats, and the kind observations. But boy, I ate it up, and I imagine most other people with pets would too. It's incredibly comforting to know that your animals are in good hands.
