We discovered Cat Ladies about a year and a half ago and have used them any time we're gone for more than a weekend. I've definitely noticed a difference in my cat - he used to be grouchier and clearly upset when we would return home from longer trips. Now, he misses us but he doesn't seem like he was distressed. They send SO many cute pictures, and we can clearly see that time is being spent to play and pet our cat. He looks so happy and content in the photos. They also will help with water plants and giving simple/straightforward medications as well (with clear instructions provided). I can't recommend them enough! read more

The Cat Ladies have taken care of several generations of our kitties -- from elderly old lady cats, a loudmouth Siamese, to a pair of nutty kittens. They always take great care of them, and perhaps most importantly to me, they are wonderfully communicative -- we always get live status updates and photos of playtime. Couldn't ask for a better experience. (And as for the 1-star review a bit farther down, it feels like trolling. I too have webcams in my house and have never observed anything short of complete engagement and professionalism.) read more

I receive daily updates, photos, and videos that always bring a smile to my face, knowing that our furry friend is in such capable and loving hands. I couldn't ask for a better cat sitter. The cat ladies looked after my 24 year old semi feral girl for years. Despite lots of hissing, dirty looks, and even the occasional bite, they gave her meds twice daily and lots of TLC whenever I was out of town. I felt so much better about having to travel knowing they were caring for her. read more

Have been a customer for several years, and am very happy with their service! They always send pics of the visits, and have been very attentive to the needs of my cats. You've got one or more cats? - *meow* Cool! You need someone who takes care of it/them while you are away? - stop looking, you found the PERFECT cat sitters!!! The Cat Ladies are Heidi and Coco, and I can tell you they really LOVE cats! I never thought about calling a cat sitter for my little four-legged friend, but the day came and I found the Cat Ladies here on Yelp. After a short message Heidi visited us to get to know us both, human and animal. She asked for information about my cat, his habits, diet, medication, favorite treats and his cuddle/sleeping places. All of us harmonized right away and I had a good feeling about hiring the Cat Ladies. And it was no mistake to do so. They come to your home, play and LOVE your cat, feed it, clean the litter box and send you updates about how your cat is doing (pictures/ videos/ text messages). They even take care of medication if necessary. They do so much more than I would have expected! Now I can be sure, that someone super friendly and professional takes good care of my cat and treats my home in a very respectful way when I couldn't be at home. So I never felt insecure about the whole situation. The Cat Ladies took care of my little (hairless) purring feline now two times and it was both times a great experience! I am more than happy that I found the perfect solution for my beloved pet and could recommend Heidi, Coco and their team to everyone with one or more cats that need some love and care while you are not at home. read more

Heidi and Coco are very friendly and cat loving people. For new clients, they do a free "meet-and-greet" where they come over to your home to meet your kitties and go over details about the cats, food, litter box, trash, and anything else. What I *love* is how affordable it is! $25 for two cats is the dream while living on a budget (no holiday charges). A bonus is how they send pictures everyday I was gone and are fairly quick at replying to any messages via text. I had used their service twice while being out of town, and I highly recommend and trust them with my two fur balls. They even gave my kitties a homemade catnip toy for the holidays :] Thank you!!! *Note* If you're looking for a pet sitter during the holidays, I recommend contacting them two months in advance because their services fills up fast! read more

Coco and Heidi are absolutely fantastic cat sitters! They provided amazingly thoughtful, professional, and thorough care for my two kitties while I was away for a couple weeks over Christmas. Prior to the trip, Coco and Heidi came over to my home to meet me and the cats, asking questions about/listening to descriptions of their care routine, diet, typical behavior, etc. Each day they texted cute status updates and photos, and were very prompt and responsive with any messages. They were even especially sweet as to send a text on Christmas informing me that "Santa Paws" visited the night before and had apparently brought toy gifts for both my cats! I truly appreciated their wonderful service, and completely felt at ease knowing my cats were in such great care. I highly recommend them to anyone!! read more

ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! My husband and I usually have a friend look after our two cats while we're away, but this time we were leaving for 8 days and felt we needed a more professional option. I contacted Cat Ladies and, from the very beginning, Heidi and Coco were responsive, professional, and completely enthusiastic about cats! Jackson and Hallie had their first meet and greet with Heidi a week or so before we left town and it went really well. Additionally, I was impressed with all the detailed questions Heidi asked so that she could be 100% prepared when we were gone. By the time we left town my husband and I and our cats felt safe in the Cat Ladies' care. We chose to have Heidi and Coco come twice a day because our cats are really people-loving and get sad if they are alone for too long. Every morning and each evening we got picture text messages, friendly hellos, and cat-status updates. It was comforting to know that our cats were being played with, fed, petted, and talked to while we were away. Plus, Heidi and Coco made it their mission to get to know Jackson and Hallie's individual behaviors and personalities, which is what you get only with TRUE cat lovers. When we got home, all our cat dishes were cleaned, the house didn't smell like a dirty litter box, and (most importantly) Jackson and Hallie were as happy as ever. Thank you so much Cat Ladies Cat Sitting! You ROCK! read more

This team provided such EXCELLENT service! My boyfriend and I are new to Seattle and going on vacay with the cats behind seemed to be a stressful ordeal. The Cat Ladies changed all that and gave us the upmost trust while we were away. They immediately seemed like experts when they came over to check out our place and to know everything about our cats. They sent us daily updates including pics and even provided our cats with homemade holiday toys. We are so thankful we found them and are definitely going to use them again. We have been using the Cat Ladies for several years now and I can't recommend them highly enough! Heidi, Coco, and their team are so wonderful. They're incredibly professional, quick to respond to email communication, and take such wonderful care of our kitty while we're traveling. Recently our kitty had to go on a twice daily medication routine right before a trip, and the Cat Ladies were so understanding and diligent about ensuring he got the treatment he needed while we were gone. They provide daily photo updates and allow our shy boy to get some well-needed social time in our absence. They are also willing to take care of other small house related tasks (e.g., taking in the mail, watering a plant) that make leaving the house for a while a bit more manageable. I've always relied on friends and neighbors to look after my kitty Penelope whenever I'm out of town, but for one particular week, no one was available! Luckily, I found Cat Ladies Cat Sitting and they were absolutely great. I detailed Penelope's pretty simple care instructions and they also looked after her goldfish friend too, as well as helped to take out my garbage bins and bring them back in while I was away. I received daily texts with photos of Penelope (and sometimes of Horatio the fish) and updates, which made me feel a lot better while I was away from her. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a catsitter while they're on holiday and I'll definitely be using them again. read more

This service was so professional, friendly, punctual - could not recommend them more and don't have a single complaint!! Their intake form gives the cat sitter all the info they need. These folks are awesome. We have such peace of mind when we are traveling knowing our kitty is being cared for by the cat ladies!

They sent pictures and updates every day! When we returned our cat who is usually stressed out was totally fine - like we never left! :)

Cat Ladies Cat Sitting is awesome!! My husband and I were a little worried about leaving our cat while we were on vacation due to one of us being home constantly and having certain feeding times. Our cat Habanero did great even with his feeding times being switched and having someone come twice per day. We received updates each time May came to visit. It looked like Habanero loved May and got to spend some quality play time each time she came to visit! We will be using CLCS for the duration we live in Seattle! Such a great service! :) read more

I travel for work often and I never worry about my cat (Scarlett) because they do such a wonderful job. It is SO worth the money to know she is taken care of. I'm often traveling internationally and I get updates everyday via text - pictures and a really detailed update about how everything is going. I trust Cat Ladies 100% and it makes leaving often so much easier on me and Scarlett. They always fit me into their schedule and are so easy to communicate with. THE BEST. read more

While I am sure they probably do a decent job usually, I will probably not use this service again. Anyone thinking of using a sitting service should have hidden security cameras. We used this service a few times over the past year or so, but didn't have cameras. We had cameras put in about 6 months ago for other reasons, and I am glad we did. The 3 things that irritated us the most were...1.)Two of the visits were only 13 min long, should be around 60 min 2.) Rummaging through our stuff, such as refrigerator and change bowl. 3.) The sitter barely spent any time with our cat, but instead sat around on their phone. That was the hardest part, seeing so much lack of attention. On top of that, they said they were spending quality time together, etc..., but the camera said otherwise. So disappointing. read more

I used Cat ladies again for a pretty long trip. Again, I got great updates and pictures every single day. I thought I had an extra box of litter and I did not, they texted me to tell me. I ordered on Amazon and they picked It up from my leasing office for me! Also, a surprise & delight they brought in my mail every day. I came home to very happy kitties. Will use for every trip going forward! read more

The Cat Ladies are wonderful! In the past, when I relied on friends to cat sit for me, I was always a little nervous. That changed when I started using the Cat Ladies. I trust them 100%. They took the time to come and meet my boys before the first time I used them, and while they were there, they asked questions that I never thought of asking. They made me feel 100% confident that they new what they were doing! And, they even offered to bring in my mail :) When I'm away, they always send a daily update including pictures. They don't just feed them and clean the litter box, they interact with them, give them play time and just do an all around A+ job. For what they do, their rates are more than reasonable. I've used them every time I've been away since the first time I used them and I don't plan on ever using anyone else. read more

The people of Cat Ladies Cat Sitting are wonderful, caring, and professional. They have cat sit for our kitty several times and every time we have been very happy and felt confident that our cat was in good hands. It is always really hard for me to leave my cat (she's my baby), so I'm so glad we found Cat Ladies. I love that they text us photos and updates for every visit, are completely receptive to her needs, and always respond quickly to emails and texts. This most recent trip, I was especially nervous to leave her because it was supposed to be very hot in Seattle and our apartment doesn't have air conditioning. The Cat Ladies were very helpful in easing my anxiety and were great about turning on fans, cracking doors and windows, adding ice to her water, and making sure she had plenty to drink. I am so happy to have such loving cat sitters! read more

I have used their services twice now and ready to give my review: EXCELLENT ! Like other cat owners I love my two boys and don't trust them with just anyone, including my own friends. I was attracted to Cat Ladies because they specifically work with cats, which is important because cats can be finicky and have different behaviors than dogs. I met Heidi on the first meet and greet appointment and immediately my cats gravitated to her (which is a pass in my test). I can be neurotic with my detailed instructions, but Heidi and Coco never made me feel bad about it and encouraged me to be specific. They kept my house tidy and cleaned up after the boys as though I never left. Sending me updates and pictures and staying in communication with me while I'm away is a selling point. Dropping off & picking up keys is also easy with their system. I TRUST HEIDI & COCO and will continue to use their services. read more
