All My Kitties is the best cat boarding place in Seattle. I think they have a wonderful set-up for the cats and the staff are always amazing. I've used their services 5 times now and I could not be happier with my experience. I would highly recommend using them if you live in the area. First of all, I think they have a great facility for the cats. The cats are given their own "kitty condo" (although this may or may not be shared with another guest during the peak holiday seasons). These condos are large and from what I can tell, all are multi-leveled. The condos have bedding and litter boxes and some space for the cats to move around. Cats are generally confined to condos on their first day/night just to make sure they adjust to the new space. After that, cats are allowed to free roam the facility during the working hours (8-6) as long as they are well behaved. There are tons of cat towers, beds, scratching posts, and toys for the cats to use during the day. The floors inside are heated so even during the cold winter cats will be extremely comfortable. They also have a vary large "catio" which is a fully enclosed area built out into the backyard garden. They have a cat door so cats can freely roam between the inside and this outside area. The space is entirely caged in so no one can escape, but it allows cats to lounge in the fresh air and sun. There seem to be 1-2 staff members which help out with the cats during business hours. They feed the cats twice a day and clean up all the litter boxes. I believe they also spend some time playing and petting the kitties. The girls I've met (Alison and Angela) have both been really fantastic. They are very sweet, helpful and always give us little stories about our cat when we pick her up. They also update a "kitty blog" every other day with photos of all the cats staying with them. I really reading these updates and very much look forward to them. They give lots of personality to these updates and they are such a joy to read. Parking and Entrance: All My Kitties is located on the bottom floor of the owner's (Marie) house. To find the entrance, you need to follow the signs and lights heading down the driveway, past the double gates, and into the garden. You can ring the "catio" doorbell or call the number posted and one of the gals inside will come to let you in. Don't enter on your own so that you don't accidentally let any cats lose! My cat seemed really comfortable from the get-go as he was seen walking around the catio and getting along with the other cats as I picked him up to take him home. I have nothing but great things to say about the AMK team! We just completed our second stay with them for my 2 year old cat. She was not "socialized" (ie. used to being around other cats) during her first visit, but the team worked with me before booking to make sure that Mochi would be a good fit and have the private space she needed to feel comfortable while she warmed up to the space. For cats younger than 1 year or unsocialized young cats like mine, they have a separate room where they let the kitties warm up to each other before letting them free-roam around the whole catio and garden, which I think is a great idea. On that first visit, Mochi ended up wanting to hang out with the team in their office the whole week, and they made sure she got plenty of stimulation and attention even though she wasn't being a team-player and playing with the other guests. The staff give great personalized feedback at the end of each visit, so we were happy to hear when we picked her up after her second visit that she was a bit braver and ventured into the free-roam areas this time. Another highlight for me is that the team posts photos of every guest every other day of the week, so it's easy to check in and see how your cat is doing while you're traveling! Their pricing is super fair and booking our second visit was even easier, since they already had Mochi's records and details. It gives great peace of mind to know that the team is extremely on top of vaccination records, so my cat is not going to get sick from the other guests. All My Kitties is the lower section of a house in Madrona right on a hillside overlooking Lake Washington, with indoor and outdoor space with views to a beautiful garden for your cat to chill out and relax. We love All My Kitties, and have since we moved to Seattle. There is no place I'd trust more with my cat than All My Kitties. They are responsive, easy to work with, and clearly care so much for all the cats at the facility. I love getting updates on my cat Harvey while I'm away. The facility itself was a major reason I decided to go with All My Kitties. Harvey wasn't quite a year old when I first dropped him off and hadn't been around other cars since I got him. He had his own private rest area and litter box which was great for getting him acclimated. It was nice to know they were monitoring his socialization and that he was free to explore if he was up to it later on. The catio and indoor exploration space look excellent (I haven't actually gone in due to Covid) and Harvey always seems to be quite content when I go to pick him up. Diego is a crazy cat. We realized we needed a new solution since we were going to be traveling quite a bit this year and he was not dealing well with the separation anxiety. He needed more attention than a cat-sitter coming by an hour a day to check on him during the week. So we tried All my Kitties for the first week long trip and were thrilled. My cat came back happy, relaxed and purring like a freight train ( I was actually concerned he might not want to come home with us since he fell in LOVE with the cattery and does not have anything that cool at home). He was even happier on the second trip and almost shot out of his carrier when we got there he was sooo excited to be back. I will never take my kitty anywhere else. Hi I'm Phoebe. I like All My Kitties when my people go out of town. Marie is nice and the cat trees outdoors....Whoohoo! Talk about some crazy times. It's really safe because everything is enclosed with chicken wire, but it still feels like I'm playing outside because I can jump on the cat trees and such. It's nice because my people don't let me outside normally. All the other cats are spoiled like I am, and we have a nice water fountain and poop hole all to ourselves, as well as a comfy bed. Sometimes I don't even miss my people while I'm there, although they like to pretend I do. Anyway, if your cat is as spoiled as me, they'd like All My Kitties too. Now I'm off to go to sleep. I love my cat. She is my little baby girl and I treat her like the deity she is. I always tell friends and family that I treat my cat better than my husband and yes, it's true! "All My Kitties" is the only place my husband and I trust to board our wonderful baby. This is not the prison cell cube that so many catteries are. Marie's home is filled with positive energy where your cat has a spacious open cubicle, an outdoor playground and individual attention. The fancier boarding places on the Eastside remind me of the local pound where your cat is stressed from the barking dogs a few steps away and the staff is high school kids doing their mandatory volunteer work. Marie and her staff are awesome! It's difficult to be separated from my fur babies and I used to feel guilty having them boarded, but All My Kitties is like a cat spa! They can stay inside their condos or roam and play. There is huge secure outdoor catio and plenty of places to watch birds or snuggle in a soft bed. My cats are calm and happy. What a wonderful boarding facility. Our two girls stayed here for two weeks whilst we vacated abroad. Upon entering their gardens I was immediately at ease, their English garden is so beautiful and well kept. The perfect place for their large accommodating Catio from which many happy cats could be seen lounging and enjoying the peace, quiet and sun. You enter through the Catio and have a chance to wander the space and greet the current residents. There are perches, shelves and scratching posts galore! You get to see where your cats will be staying, in their very own cat condominium which is decked out in bedding, hidey holes and litter pans. All the staff I met were very friendly towards us and our girls. Upon picking them up, one was playing outside in the Catio whilst the other snoozed indoors in a basket. Both appeared very happy and at ease, well fed and healthy. It's great to see what lengths and detail the staff go to here to make both owner and pet feel happy. I loved the fact I could check their daily blog for photos of both girls and their progress there. Another sweet touch I found when I got home is that they had made me a sweet little tag for their carrier which had a picture of each and their names handwritten on it. How sweet! This is the best cat boarding facility my partner and I have ever used. We are World travelers, and having boarding facility for our cats is a top priority. When we moved here from Los Angeles we googled cat boarding facilities and found "All My Kitties"...we got a tour from the owner Marie, and were very happy with the Kitty Condo's and the open run for the cats to play and exersize in the enclosed area. It faces a lovely garden in the back and the kitties can smell nature while safely being kept inside. The only downside to this...they may want to stay!! They took great care of my cat when I was out of town for almost a full two weeks. I'm definitely a little bit of a worrywart when it comes to my kitty's well-being, but they took her skiddishness into consideration and kept her in a quiet room away from the more aggressive cats, which I appreciate. My cat seems more outgoing now after her experience here, also! Win win for me AND my cat! You've gotta bring your own food and treats, but they use worlds best cat litter which I use at home. Due to some kitty separation anxiety resulting in one of my kitties purposefully peeing outside of her box when we went out of town, we trialed boarding them at All My Kitties. By the way, kitty checked out fine at the vet--she even got treated for a possible UTI--but after a few times out of town, you get to see the obvious pattern, especially since she does it right next to the box (kitty obviously knows WHERE the box is! So that must not be the problem). Their experience went well. Marie at All My Kitties was nice and very reassuring. They have good sized kennels (not the sad box-like ones at the pet shelters) and both an outdoor and an indoor area and cat trees for them to play on if they want. She will feed and give meds (if needed) to your specifications. Our kitties are a couple of nervous nellies and so they really didn't venture out of their kennel apparently, but that's not really anyone's fault but our own (they lead such sheltered lives!). read more

I was so nervous to leave my 6 month old kitten alone for the first time but that was alleviated by the wonderful facility and staff at All My Kitties. The cat condos are roomy and cozy - perfect for a first-time cat to get accommodated. The Catio is the shining star of this place with plenty of perches, hideaways, and sunshine. The blog let me see that George was doing just fine without me and I loved being able to check in on him. The staff were kind and clearly fellow cat lovers. This place is awesome. I boarded my cat here for two weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday. Heads up, space goes fast over the holidays so book early. It is very clean and well-maintained. When we arrived there were a bunch of cats chilling. All the cats seems content. The catio was cool. The photo blog was a much-appreciated feature that allowed me to check and see how my little dude was doing. This place is so great, my husband and I are trying to find ways to shrink ourselves into kitty size and vacation here! Marie and her helpers truly love cats. It is always clean and cheerful! Our cats can have a heated bed, a hideaway bed or a view perch of the garden with all the sounds and smells of nature to go with it. They can feel like they are outdoors within the safety of the enclosed "catio". I would never again subject my cats to the the awful cages provided in a vet clinic. I want them to be loved, petted, cared for and allowed to play like they do at our own home. I/we would recommended All My Kitties for anyone who truly loves their cat and wants the safest and most caring surroundings imaginable. I cannot recommend this cattery enough! The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and the substantial catio portion is set in a beautiful garden. I had to board my two kitties long-term as I went on an overseas vacation and then had to move across country. Seeing pictures of them happy and taken care of every few days lessened my guilt and anxiety around having to board them for so long and all of the staff answered my emails very quickly. Hi, my name is KC and I am a super cute Russian Blue kitty. I am almost a year old now and I was a little confused when my owners took me to Marie's while they went on vacation to Hawaii. Right away Marie and her staff realized that I am a super cute Russian Blue. When I run up and grab their leg the pick me up and hold me. I really like to be held because I am super cute. Marie sends my owners super cute photos of me to where they are in Hawaii ,but I notice they don't send me photos of themselves. All my Kitties is the most wonderful, innovative cat boarding - spa in Seattle. I say spa, because it is truly like a 5 star resort for kitties. It is highly unique, because the kitties have so much space, both indoors and outside (in a cattery, so no chance of escape). There are heated beds everywhere, many places to climb, toys -- everything you can imagine. I am a highly discerning person and deeply love my two cats. Although I live 30 minutes away, I will take my two kitties to All my Kitties. I know that they will be intellectually stimulated by the diverse play area and nurtured with warm cozy beds. I hesitated to write this review because it is so incredible and I just would love to have it kept a well kept secret.......but I love supporting outstanding business owners, and Marie is a wonderful caring and incredible person. read more

I've been bringing my two cats here for years and I love this place. Marie and her assistants are some of the most loving caregivers I've ever met, and the facilities are clean and spacious. Inside are traditional (though very large) condos, but outside is the "cattery", a giant room 5' by 8' by 20' full of structures for cats to climb on, shelves and ledges for cats to jump on, and little hidey-holes for cats to curl up in. Plus, Marie takes pictures of the cats are posts them on a photo blog every few days, so I can keep up to date on what my girls have been up to. This is really a wonderful place to board your cat. There are huge kitty condos and continuous streaming water dispensers, visual and audio treats for your cat. There is also a lovely outside area that is surrounded by caging but still allows the cats to be outside, hear the birds, feel the sun, and play with each other. Our two cats have stayed at All My Kitties three times. Excellent indoor / outdoor play areas. The condos are clean. One of our cats is pretty neurotic, but even she does well at this facility (she loves the heated beds). I absolutely love All My Kitties. I've been taking my cat, Rufio, there for over 2.5 years now and I'll never board him anywhere else. Marie is incredibly welcoming- she remembers details about Rufio every time, always places him in his favorite sleeping spot, and it's all done with a smile. Her home has been transformed into a cat oasis, if you will. Outdoor space, lots of toys and perches to climb to. The rates are also great - I've looked around at other cat sitting/boarding places & All My Kitties is by far the most affordable. I had a job where I was out of town 3 weeks a month, and All My Kitties was just the place to take my kitty. My cat loved it so much there that when I came to pick him up to take him home, he would hide in the heated cat houses out in the outdoor enclosure (which is his favorite place to be) and I have to pry him out! I knew that everytime I took Bentley there that he would be in the best hands. I would call Marie and get a kitty update and she would always let me know what was going on, and how he was doing, and if he had any new playmates! The best part about this place is that they do have huge cat kennels, way bigger than the ones I have seen at other potential boarding sites. The fact that there is someone always onsite is comforting. There are places for cats that are more social (like my cat, who loves to play with other kitties) and a room that is separate for the more quite cat that might not be as into meeting new playmates. read more

Wonderful. We were really apprehensive to leave our cat and go on vacation, but after meeting Marie, we knew our Puppy was in good hands. Marie has a ton of experience with cats and it shows with her calm attitude and the extensive set up that she has. If I was a cat, I would love that place. The outdoor pen is very fun - and there are electric heating pads all over the place - in cubbies and on stools - the cats love it there. Lots of spots for the cats to hang out and watch the birds in the pretty garden. I did find out that you need to book in early for the major holidays though! She fills up fast! read more

I recently boarded my two 8-month old kittens, Thumbs and Trouble, at All My Kitties for two weeks. This was my first experience with cat boarding, and I was very happy I did it. Marie is excellent. She is professional and very pleasant. You can tell that she truly does care about the cats. Marie sent me pictures and updates while I was away. This was a great touch and helped me to relax. If 10 stars were an option, I'd choose 11. I echo everyone else's comments and add: even if you think your cat won't play well with others, don't. I was a bit apprehensive the first time I left Babs, thinking I'd get a call that she didn't "fit it." Wrong I was. Babs, Queen of the Roost at home, with the patience of Marie and her staff, fit in just fine, thank you. Silly though it may sound, I think Babs, that talky one, considers All My Kitties her vacation spot: there's so much to see, do, smell, explore -- when it's over and she's back at home, she reminds me of me--a bit of "that was great, when do I get to return?" I used to board Babs elsewhere when I traveled. She twice came home with diarrhea from the stress. A problem no longer. When I pick her up at All My Kitties, she is happy and healthy. read more

I can't believe this place exists. I called every Cat Boarding place in Seattle and this one is by far the BEST. Marie and her staff go above and beyond in taking care of the cats. I called numerous times before going to the facility and checking it out. I asked a million questions, and couldn't be happier with the result. What sets this place apart from other cat boarding? 1. The facility: the house is divided into three categories: outdoor, indoor, and senior level. 2. Cat condos: Each cat condo is double in size (or larger) than the typical cat boarding facility. the litter box is flat with the ground (like a pool) so cats don't need to jump in. Each condo also has a small cat soft cab bed that the cat can hide in 3. Open Cage. The Cats are all vaccinated and are safe to wander around during the day. Unlike other facilities where cats are allowed out 1 hour a day, these cats roam around as if they are at home. 4. There's always someone there. Marie lives at the location so you don't have to worry about what happens overnight 5. Blog updated with photos of your cat every other day. Not only did Marie email me updates of what my cat did the entire day, she also took pics. 6. Heating pads! She also places heating pads under the outdoor cat condos. If its a senior cat, she can do the same thing. 7. She checks the vitals of the cats. She also checks for hydration. Really actually was concerned for the overall well being of the cat I've always hated bringing my cat to a boarding facility, but really I think my cat had more fun there than at my home. The only weird part was when I settled the bill. However, Marie was quick to email and clarify everything. I would be happy to visit this facility again. read more
