I was not happy here and that is why I have a $1000 unused package Joe! False review not! Since you claim you have video and she didn't say shut up I edited the review but it sure sounded like that to me. How about you worry about how your employees are rather than calling people who leave a bad review. I haven't brought her back since October and I have $1000 unused there. I bring her somewhere else now because of my experience there. I am not one to write a review but I understand other people are feeling the way I do so thought I better speak up.

We weren't bringing him in for a dog event, and seen that they are pro-groomers (which I agree with!) We weren't a huge fan of the grooming, just because we specifically wanted his legs to be stubby and to not cut down too much. We do wish they didn't shave the feet so far up. Usually it's not too high up and the fur from the legs cover it up a little. For us, we make sure to well groom our dog to avoid any shaving and make it easier for the groomer and make sure to grown his fur on his legs and face out especially due to how we like it groomed. The ears weren't what we described as well, but we cut it more ourselves. There were some spots with shorter hair then the rest and some long hairs sticking out which I fixed at home. It wasn't a fit for us, but appreciate the job that was done because Jax does look clean. I do groom at home so I'll fix up his ears. We did say we're open to "creativeness" so that's fair, but we meant it in a different way hahahah! We give our groomers grace because we know how hard it is, but I also love to be honest about it :) He also came home with a bow which is so cute! Price: $103! And the most expensive we did spend for a grooming for him. We still tipped because she did great, just not the style we wanted. Parking was great and easy to get to, and they have many services. I do want to go back to this place maybe one day but we'll have to see :)

There was a hose to hose pups down afterwards along with plenty of water and tennis balls / throwers. The folks who were there were very conscientious about their pups. There were some steep edges near the fence that had some brush so of course thats where my charge had to squat, meaning I had to do some hiking to be a responsible human. Could definitely be worse. . Not being her default human, I dont have great recall with my charge so I was nervous about going to an off-leash area, but shes super social and was begging to go burn off some energy. Not a huge fan of the long staircase at the one entrance (which was closest for us) so Ill have to check the others to see if they're nicer access. There were a few other pups there, one of which looked very similar to my charge. This doppelpupper was a bit hyperactive and didnt fully grasp the concept of boundaries, but her human recognized this, called her away and left soon thereafter. One of the other dogs who had their boundaries pushed by doppelpupper got overstimmed when my charge wanted to play, but again, their human saw that they were at their limit and stepped in as soon as they recognized it. We ended up throwing balls until my charge was tuckered out. I didnt use the hose bc we have one at home, but it wouldve been easy to use if I had chosen to do so. Poo bags were also pretty accessible. Will most likely be taking her back and hopefully it's just as good of an experience.

When it is sunny, I take advantage of the weather and head here and it seems like a lot of people do the same. I appreciate everyone here being so nice and welcoming, offering to let me the ins-and-outs of the place, showing me the main area as well as the small dog area, and the amount of fixtures the dogs can play on at this park. Only downside is that the parking lot for the big dog area is a little small but seems like most people park on the street or in the small-dog lot of need be. Can't wait to come here during the summer and meet more furry friends!

There are many entrances along the perimeter from the park or the Greenbelt Trails. I recommend using the entrance from the parking lot on SW Cloverdale & 5th Ave Sw. The Off-Leash area was closed for half a year to improve irrigation. The outcome created the gravel layer, updated the fencing area the play areas but it also limited trash access, sometimes leaving piles of dog bagged waste. Disappointed with the lack of dog-park-related improvements (water stations, benches, dog bags, etc.).

He comes home tired and with a huge smile on his face. He has made great buddies there and it has been amazing for his socialization. He loves the staff, when I drop him off he doesn't even look back, he's just ready for his day with his besties. I have total peace of mind when he is there, the staff and owner Pascale are all so caring, attentive, engaging and experienced. If I've ever had a question or concern they have addressed it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond recently when my dog ate a little mushroom he found outside. They caught him in the act, rushed him to the vet, brought a sample to make sure it wasn't anything harmful, and all at their expense. He was totally fine, and I can't express how grateful I was that they took it so seriously and were swift with their response. When I say total peace of mind, I mean it. I can't recommend this place enough! Oh, and it's super convenient for pick up and drop off in West Seattle. Just an all around great place.
