After two or three weeks, he started warming up to the other dogs and started to get excited about going. Now he acts like he runs the place and is like a completely different dog. He gets tons of exercise and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. He paws at the door when we get there and can't wait to see everyone. I love the webcams because I can check in on him whenever I want. They offer special lunch time snacks and have lots of events, like bubbles and puppy art. I can't say enough about how much we both love this place!

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

My dogs walked with several team members over time, from puppy care daily walks to twice weekly walks as adults. The walkers have all been very kind and worked well with our dogs. I appreciate their updates and photos after each walk. It is very easy to schedule and to modify service as needed based on your schedule. They are responsive, professional, and truly care about their clients. I highly recommend strut the pup and will use this service again.

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. Every single message or request I've sent has been responded to and resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

Jesse was comfortable and knowledgeable with how to handle our two high-energy dogs that are often untrusting of new people. By the 3rd walk/run, they had become comfortable with her with no more nerves/barking. The best thing about Little Furry Things? We get a detailed write up, photos, and map of where the pups when on their outing. Jesse was even featured on King 5 for her thoughtful walk summaries! The photos she takes are some of the best we have of our pups! For anyone needing a little extra help in getting your pets exercised and keeping them happy, I can't recommend Little Furry Things enough.

We used Julie for a little over a year before sadly moving to a new area (the hardest part of the move was leaving Julie). Julie was ALWAYS communicative, responsible, accommodating, and affordable. Plus it is obvious how much our dogs, especially our first one who she took on dog park adventures since he was a puppy, love her SO much. We would sometimes come across her and her pack at the dog park on weekends and Odin would sprint across the dog park whenever he would spot her. She is great with rescues and is a huge pitbull advocate, something really important to us as both of our dogs are pit mix rescues. She is also a force free trainer/behaviorist, another huge plus for us. Her passion for dogs is unmatched. I wish EVERY dog owner could have a Julie in their lives. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Julie came to our home to meet our dog and she was really great. We had set up other meetings with walkers that do dog park visits, and none could seem to control the energy of our young lab. Julie set boundaries with Abbey and was very good about calming Abbey down. She really understands pet psychology. In addition, our dog was afraid of getting in and out of cars. We were worried that Julie wouldn't be able to get Abbey in to the car to take to the park. But Julie reassured us that she would work with Abbey to get her comfortable and now Abbey is much better about getting in our own car! We have now used Julie as our walker for almost a year. She has never missed an appointment with Abbey. Every time Julie takes Abbey out she sends us a text message of Abbey having a great time. She also leaves a note on what Abbey did. It is really nice to have our dog taken care of by someone who cares about our dog as much as we do. Unfortunately, we are moving. I wish we could take Julie with us! She is so great with our dog. If you are looking for someone who really cares for your pet and is dependable, you should contact Julie.

I had to immediately take him to the bath and let me tell you the water was disgusting. This place charges very high boarding fees, charges extra $15 a night for blocks of holiday days, charges an additional $65 if you pick the dog up after lunch time. You may end up paying $180 to board your dog for 1 night so beware. This price does not include walks, the dogs all pee inside in the play pen. For the outrageous fees, you would expect more. It's so unsanitary. I will never again book this place for my puppy. I don't see how they stay in business. The grooming is abosultely terrible. It's shocking, and for the price you pay you would expect it to look semi professional. Each time the dog was shaved down despite asking for poodle cut. I am done with this place, I only went back for convenience but never again. They need some new management, re-evaluate their fee structure or actually hire some people. It was clear as day to see when there was availability, and yes, I was even able to schedule same-day! The place was welcoming and staff were friendly. They did an excellent job on my dog's nails (he has long quicks and usually most groomers don't get short enough out of nervousness cutting the dog). We were in and out in a jiffy! Happy to have found a place nearby with fair pricing and great staff that make my dog feel comfortable. We will be back!
