Cat and her team are absolutely the best. For 3 years she has been taking care of our two high energy pointers, and the care and attention they give them is unparalleled. Logistically, Cat uses a very user friendly app for photos and updates. We get updates on their behavior and bathroom breaks, which is critical for a dog owner. One of our boys is a rambunctious but sweet rescue, who is just too focused on birds for group excursions, so she and her team are great at getting him a little exercise on a potty break or walk. They also play and engage with him to get him some mental stimulation. She works with us if we ever have a last minute scheduling change and is always consistent with planning and scheduling. We've really appreciated the housesitting option as well, which allows our boys to stay in the comfort of their own home, while we're away. In addition to the envy I have for our dogs' love for Cat and her crew, we can tell how much they truly love dogs. They are authentic in their love and care of all dogs. We are so thankful to have Cat and her team. When we first started with Cat we had three dogs, two geriatric. Although only one dog was getting walks at the time, Nadine still let us know how the other two were doing. This really helped put our minds at ease during the day while we were at work knowing our older dogs had someone making sure they were safe. Both dogs had a tendency to fall or get trapped. Fast forward a few years later and we only have one dog now, Hobi. He can be a bit of a handful on walks. He hates wheels and doesn't always do well with strangers or new dogs without a proper introduction. Cat's team is sensitive to Hobi's needs and I totally trust them walking him. The biggest recommendation comes from Hobi himself. Hobi loves his walks with Jess so much we can see it. He always greets Jess with licks and loads of butt wiggles! read more

I have two very old "kids" a dog and a cat......... It is not only that they do an excellent job with many reports and pictures about the animals in their care but they shine when the going gets tough. My dog got very ill while I was out of the country recently and Ali responded quickly and with care to take my old girl to the vet not once but twice. All worked out for the best and I felt such a relief getting Ali's frequent and detailed updates on my dog's health. I will not use any other pet sitting service while I live in Seattle. Cat changed my dog's life! I moved here with my senior Great Dane that I had only owned for about 10 months and she was fearful at the dog park, not always enthusiastic on our walks, and just generally seemed a little overwhelmed by life. I needed a dog walker until I got settled into a routine and I won't lie, I went with Cat because she had the best prices (but her excellent Yelp reviews put me at ease). Cat won my dog's heart in about 10 seconds flat and there was a marked difference in my dog after just a week or two of walks and a few trips to the dog park with Cat's other charges. I took my shy girl to the dog park not soon after Cat started walking her, and getting to see my dog galloping around the dog park with a huge doggy grin on her face is worth so much to me. She used to stick to my side, tail between her legs, at every dog park visit before this (and I used to take her a lot just to see if I could get her comfortable.) This kind of behavior change would be something I expected from a dog trainer charging me an arm and a leg, but Cat just seems to GET dogs. Even though I'm well settled in to life here and am lucky enough to work from home with my dog, I still see a tremendous value in Cat's services. She's also super flexible and a great communicator, and I love hearing when she comes to pick up my pup. Cat did an amazing job with our husky Atlas. We had some concerns that he would be nervous around someone else, but he loved her right away! Cat left us a note each day telling us how he did along with a little info about their walk. It was the perfect way for us to keep in touch and feel involved in Atlas' day. Cat's not only great at walking dogs - she's also incredibly professional and organized. I don't know how many times we had to ask Cat to walk Atlas on a different day for some reason or another, but she was always willing to accommodate us and never forgot the schedule change. The only reason that Cat is no longer walking Atlas is that we moved to a new neighborhood that's out of her zone. She took such great care of our older dog Roger for two years before he passed away - she took him on walks around the neighborhood and he was a very shy guy but he really came out of his shell with her help. Then she helped us with puppy care when we got our 8-week old puppy Francie. When Francie was old enough, she started making dog park trips with Cat's pack - and we see some of those dogs on weekends at the dog park and see how much Francie loves them! Then we recently adopted another dog - 1 year old Smokey - and Cat was so helpful setting up a dog park schedule just for them so that we could be sure he was comfortable before having him join the regular pack. Cat has been our dog walker for 2 years, and I would definitely recommend her for any pet related services. When we were choosing a dog walker I was referred to her by our local pet store, amongst other names. I met with several of them and Cat stood out - she came to our house and our dogs loved her, and I could tell she had a good way with dogs and that she loves being with them. She was also professional, came prepared, took notes, and let me know different options that could suit our needs. Now that she has been our dog walker for two years, I can also add that she is prompt and reliable, she has never canceled or missed an appointment, and is flexible with our schedule. She leaves us notes everyday and often sends us pictures so that we know how our little one is doing. Most importantly, one of our dogs passed away and she noticed that our other dog wasn't doing well on walks and dog park visits - staying to herself, a little down and sad.... so Cat created a custom routine for her so that she can get lots of different interactions and stimulation, and has even met a new best friend! Today, our dear pup Haines said good-bye to Cat's Got Your Dog. For the past 6 months, we've hired Cat to walk our dog and we couldn't be more pleased. Every day, Cat would leave report cards to let us know how Haines did on his walk and whether or not he went to the bathroom. (C'mon, dog owners know and understand this important piece of information.) Cat also made homemade treats that Haines devoured. And they were gluten-free, too making them safe for any dog diet. Also, we had some aggressive issues with Haines, and Cat was willing to offer Haines the same training that we were executing, giving him the round-the-clock discipline he needed to pull out of his aggressive state.
