I travel several times a month for business and needed to find consistent, dependable, affordable and of course loving, clean, professional care for my baby bully. Katherine was so great in explaining all of her services, and making me feel like she was the true doggie expert that she is. My nerves were calmed and I felt much more at ease being able to travel for work without worrying about Rocco. She walked me through her daily routine, and schedule and made sure to note any special diet, exercise restrictions or special needs of Rocco when we had our first stay. Rocco just loves Mike - I think they have a special bond since he is so happy to be dropped off there without a care in the world that I'm heading back out of town. Not only do they truly love my dog, but they take great care of them with daily walks, lots of love and attention and making sure all of his special needs are being met. Bulldogs are a bit high maintenance, with allergies, and sking/breathing problems that I really wanted to find someone that listened to my special instructions, and gave me frequent updates while I was traveling how my baby was doing. Katherine even went above and beyond and picked up a harness for Rocco so that he could enjoy walks without struggling with a standard collar that can be uncomfortable. He just loves his harness - because now he knows when I put it on that he gets to go on a fun walk with his doggie friends!!! I can't say enough about this wonderful pet sitting service that No Worries for pets provides. I have had to ask them to watch Rocco on short notice and they are always very good about accommodating my needs as best they can. They only take a few dogs into their home at a time in order to ensure each dog gets personal time, care and attention. The doggies even get their own comfy beds, and doggies suites in their home to share. The house is very clean and doggie friendly and I don't have to worry about Rocco getting into something, or hurting himself while I'm traveling. I have booked cat sitting with them for 3 times since last year. We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. It is a shame but because of this, we will not be booking any service from Bellevue Pet Sitters anymore.

They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime.
