I travel several times a month for business and needed to find consistent, dependable, affordable and of course loving, clean, professional care for my baby bully. Katherine was so great in explaining all of her services, and making me feel like she was the true doggie expert that she is. My nerves were calmed and I felt much more at ease being able to travel for work without worrying about Rocco. She walked me through her daily routine, and schedule and made sure to note any special diet, exercise restrictions or special needs of Rocco when we had our first stay. Rocco just loves Mike - I think they have a special bond since he is so happy to be dropped off there without a care in the world that I'm heading back out of town. Not only do they truly love my dog, but they take great care of them with daily walks, lots of love and attention and making sure all of his special needs are being met. Bulldogs are a bit high maintenance, with allergies, and sking/breathing problems that I really wanted to find someone that listened to my special instructions, and gave me frequent updates while I was traveling how my baby was doing. Katherine even went above and beyond and picked up a harness for Rocco so that he could enjoy walks without struggling with a standard collar that can be uncomfortable. He just loves his harness - because now he knows when I put it on that he gets to go on a fun walk with his doggie friends!!! I can't say enough about this wonderful pet sitting service that No Worries for pets provides. I have had to ask them to watch Rocco on short notice and they are always very good about accommodating my needs as best they can. They only take a few dogs into their home at a time in order to ensure each dog gets personal time, care and attention. The doggies even get their own comfy beds, and doggies suites in their home to share. The house is very clean and doggie friendly and I don't have to worry about Rocco getting into something, or hurting himself while I'm traveling. I have booked cat sitting with them for 3 times since last year. We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. It is a shame but because of this, we will not be booking any service from Bellevue Pet Sitters anymore.

You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. ‼Please read before coming here‼rude staff and inexperienced lazy grooming‼I am mind blown at how…read moreawful our experience was today. Rude staff, lazy groomer (specifically the older Chinese man) My golden doodle was brought in with MINIMAL mats on the hind area. and I told them please keep her fluffy but shorter than she is currently. So they said totally fine. the front desk lady did not call me, I called them to ask about an ETA for pickup, and she told me "by the way he might have to go a little shorter cause of mats" I said "okay fine no worries as long as she has some fluff" come pickup time, my partner walked in and she had him pay BEFORE receiving our dog (already shady and weird) and when she brought her out, my dog was unrecognizable. Shaved down almost to the skin, head is a triangle shape, tail is half way shaved down, paws were shaved down, and overall choppy. My boyfriend told her that if he would have known she would look this bad, we would have done her ourselves at home. When I went in after to complain, she told me then I could be refunded which is good. I was happy with a refund but shocked at how bad she looked. I get home and I call the front desk lady to ask what the hell happened and why would he do this, she rudely told me "well I told you he needed to go shorter so I don't know what to tell you." I explained how she was previously brought in very matted after our cross country move and she was still worked on, returned nicely and fluffy. She said "I'll just have an owner call you" and hung up on me rudely. I cannot believe how after they ruined the way my golden doodle looks and her fur, that I would be treated this way. Hung up on? When I was just asking for an explanation? Or something that made sense? Disgusting. To add, she also told me that "each groomer has their own way of doing things, some like to work on mats and some don't." I said "this is not their dog, she is MY dog, and should not be groomed a certain way without my permission." She swears up and down that she told me that he has to "cut her a little shorter" but I was not expecting this mess. I'm really disappointed in how I was treated after. Any good business will be apologetic and understanding. Instead I got looks of "you're bothering me" type of vibes, hung up on and told "I don't know what to tell you." I have brought her here several times, I should've stopped bringing her here when they took SEVEN hours the first time, this will certainly be the last. I encourage you all to find a different groomer. Especially considering they just swap out dogs in kennels all day instead of working on one dog at a time. They could care less about any bad experience. My golden doodle I have had go to many groomers since she was a puppy. Never has she looked this bad, and never have I seen such laziness. Also, my dog who is very calm, is now shaking and peeing of anxiety when I bring her in, which makes me think she was not treated the best. I saw in another review someone said the same and I had the same experience. The photo of her fluffy is the before. The skinny version of her was the awful cut today. To the owner: please get your employees in check, this is truly awful customer service and and will take months to grow back to anything close to what it was at. Do not recommend, especially for golden doodles.
