Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. I have booked cat sitting with them for 3 times since last year. We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. It is a shame but because of this, we will not be booking any service from Bellevue Pet Sitters anymore.
