If you care about your dog, please read this…read more I rarely write reviews, but after what my dog went through at this facility, I feel obligated to warn others. I usually leave my dog with family, but they weren't available. I found this place through online research and ignored the red flags -- something I deeply regret. After a short trial weekend, my dog came home with a cut on his nose. They brushed it off and blamed him. Foolishly, I gave them a second chance for a longer stay. When I picked him up, he had a deep wound on his nose, a chipped tooth, and was visibly traumatized. He wasn't the same dog -- withdrawn, scared, and exhausted. When I contacted the owner, she avoided responsibility and offered no real explanation. After pushing for answers, she sent a photo of the small cage he had been kept in -- nothing like what I was told. She even tried to shift the blame onto my dog again. This place was neglectful and unprofessional, and I strongly considered pursuing further action. I would never bring my dog here again. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Your dog deserves better.

Second time I asked Tamar if she noticed anything that could have caused him to limp. She got very defensive and gave non helping random replies. Needless to say she didn't care a bit. I ended up spending lot of time and money at vet. Anyways, I stopped sending him there and found better alternatives.

Monica has been grooming her since she's been a baby and never had a problem until this last time. When we picked her up, we noticed she wasn't breathing correctly. Later that night I called left a message asking if something happened to her. They never called me back. Ended up taking her to the veterinary hospital to find out her throat was compromised while getting groomed. The vet said they see this a lot when people take there dogs to the groomers We ended up having to send our little girl to heave way way to early So this is a WARNING to everyone that's thinking of bringing your animals here. I travel several times a month for business and needed to find consistent, dependable, affordable and of course loving, clean, professional care for my baby bully. Katherine was so great in explaining all of her services, and making me feel like she was the true doggie expert that she is. My nerves were calmed and I felt much more at ease being able to travel for work without worrying about Rocco. She walked me through her daily routine, and schedule and made sure to note any special diet, exercise restrictions or special needs of Rocco when we had our first stay. Rocco just loves Mike - I think they have a special bond since he is so happy to be dropped off there without a care in the world that I'm heading back out of town. Not only do they truly love my dog, but they take great care of them with daily walks, lots of love and attention and making sure all of his special needs are being met. Bulldogs are a bit high maintenance, with allergies, and sking/breathing problems that I really wanted to find someone that listened to my special instructions, and gave me frequent updates while I was traveling how my baby was doing. Katherine even went above and beyond and picked up a harness for Rocco so that he could enjoy walks without struggling with a standard collar that can be uncomfortable. He just loves his harness - because now he knows when I put it on that he gets to go on a fun walk with his doggie friends!!! I can't say enough about this wonderful pet sitting service that No Worries for pets provides. I have had to ask them to watch Rocco on short notice and they are always very good about accommodating my needs as best they can. They only take a few dogs into their home at a time in order to ensure each dog gets personal time, care and attention. The doggies even get their own comfy beds, and doggies suites in their home to share. The house is very clean and doggie friendly and I don't have to worry about Rocco getting into something, or hurting himself while I'm traveling. The website is also a wealth of information and very convenient for scheduling your upcoming trips. Thanks you so much Katherine and Mike for all your love and care of my baby Rocco!!!

We took our rescue puppy for boot camp and for several 'graduate programs' and she comes back from every day 'at school' with new skills and a huge smile on her little canine face. It's amazing to see how excited she is to see Katherine when we drop her off. If there were TEN stars on Yelp ratings, there wouldn't be enough. When I arrived to the property it was clean, safe, colorful, and there was a great space for the dogs to play off leash. My Mags slept overnight in her own a large room, and when we picked her up she was happy and relaxed. I would recommend Pooch Play to anyone looking for boarding/care for their dog.

Tracy has great communication, is very easy to deal with and provides a safe place for dogs to burn off some energy and socialize with other dogs. Best of all she picks up and drops off your dog on the bus! We have utilized other services that she offers as well including boarding, and traveling vet services. The lady claimed she didn't like the blowdryer but her current groomers showed me she not only likes the dryers she loves them! Another issue is they would have my dog for half the day and work on multiple dogs at the same time. My Pixi loves her new groomers and she is in and out in an hour. We have been using them for close to 3 years and not had a single issue.

I called another service (Dallas and Pals) but they were full, and recommended Zak. I'm so glad it worked out that way! Zak came over the next evening, met my lab and interviewed me about my dog-- what she likes, what she hates, her bad habits (oh yes, I think all pets have at least one) and then went over the pricing and daily schedule with me. Since then, my dog has been a "regular" with Crazy Misfits. Zak comes over during the day, picks up my dog for a couple of hours of "play time," and has been super-accommodating about special requests or an occasional "REALLY late day." My dog loves him- she bounces when she sees him. The billing is twice monthly, and you can pay online as well as directly by check. Zak is very approachable-- I appreciate I can contact him by text. I have nothing but good things to say-- knowing that my dog has been able to get out and play with her Crazy Misfits friends helps me feel less like a horrible owner for having to work so much (but that's how we bring home the kibble.)
