I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

This is our second time doing a weekend overnight and they never fed him, gave us all his food back. We watch the staff rip my dogs collar off his neck to get him for pick and we heard him talking about our dog not listening. I was hoping to pick him up Sunday before 5 and they told me they would call me back. I left a text and voicemail and I got nothing back. They seemed extremely understaff and poorly staffed. We will never be back and I'm on here to warn other dog parents about this place.

While the groom itself looked fine, my dog was cut near his private area and this was not disclosed to me. My dog is very reactive -- there is no way this injury went unnoticed. The groomers requested I bring him in so the vet can take a look at th grooming injury and for me to be eligible for a refund. He was prescribed both a topical and oral antibiotic that he needs to be on for 2 weeks. This was presented as them "making it right," even though the visit was necessary solely due to their mistake. When I requested my refund, I was initially offered only $20 on a $140 grooming bill. After insisting, they agreed to a full refund -- and then immediately removed me as a client, meaning I now must also find a new vet as well. There was no empathy, accountability, or concern shown for my dog's wellbeing. Since the incident, my dog has been uncomfortable, wearing a cone, refusing to use the bathroom, and barely eating. I've had to rearrange my schedule and miss work to care for him. Mistakes happen. But how a business responds to them matters -- and this response was unacceptable.

They…read morecalled me three times, to verify the six upcoming appointments I had made, for monthly maintenance and a deep grooming spa day. Each time they were confused by what I asked to have done, saying that it was booked incorrectly, by the previous employee, obviously not knowing what each employee was doing. My husband took our German Shepherd girl in, they spent 10 minutes on her, didn't do half of the items that I asked to be done, charged 55 bucks, and refused a full refund. Instead, they created their own package, slapped a price on it, and did what they wanted to do. Not what the customer asked & paid for. We made an appointment, got an email, got a text message, and they made him wait as a walk-in, instead I'm giving him the appointment he had made. I called to speak to the assistant manager, she was dismissive, argumentative and rude. Our dog was traumatized. Her stomach was shaved bald, yet they didn't bother to rake out her fur, only spending 15 minutes for a list of grooming items needing to be done. She had a wonderful groomer, before we moved, and has never behaved this way. She was scared when she came out of that room. Reber Ranch is not what it used to be. They are unprofessional, disorganized, argumentative, and dismissive. With the behavior of my dog, I am considering calling the authorities, for this facility.

First off-if you don't feel like reading this whole love letter, the point is this:…read more Sunny is amazing and everyone would benefit from training with her-we need more trainers like Sunny!! I've been a dog wanter for YEARS-but only recently did we find ourselves in a position to actually get a dog, so of course, here we are with our quarantine pup. Turns out that the stress of a global pandemic coupled with the arrival of a new fur baby is a recipe for disaster. I was at my wits end, honestly believing that we made a mistake getting a puppy and that I was ruining her everyday. My family was stressed and sad and on edge. Then we found Sunny and JackPack training. It was a whole new ballgame from day one. Not only did she help us with training in person, we also felt comfortable reaching out to her for help between sessions, and she got us through many puppy meltdowns with her advice. Right away she realized I needed to work on my confidence and reassured us that we were doing a good job and making progress. Sunny turned my anxious and stressed out puppy into a happy and loving teen dog! Everything from leash walking, to crate and potty training, to manners when greeting strangers-Sunny can help you. She's reliable, enthusiastic, encouraging, and worth every penny. If you have a puppy or even a grown dog-she can help you train them into your dream dog.

I had an appointment to LOOK at the camp which I will tell you in advance you, the client, must pay for. Yes, that's right, after you fill out forms on top of forms, at the end you discover that you have to pay to just look at the place you are going to pay for your dog care. I5 had only 1 lane due to construction. There was a closure on I167 or I405 adding to the traffic SO I CALLED and left a message saying I would be late. When it looked like I may be even later, I called again. Three times. No one answered. I was 20 minutes late. The very shabby place had a very shabby hand painted sign LAYING ON THE GROUND at a weird angle so I passed it several times. Now I was a half hour late. You have to call to get in. This time someone answered the phone and told me I was too late to see the place. I had driven an hour and a half . It would take me two and a half to get back due to the traffic. I begged. I explained the situation again, I negotiated, which I used to be fairly adept at. There were no other cars parked there, no activity discernable to explain why I could not be seen a little late when I had notified them it was out of my control I asked to see a human face behind the assortment of gates and doors and fences desperately in need of repair, but all I got was broken recording from an employee saying there was nothing that could be done. Shortly after, my application was approved and I was able to pick them up! Because they were so young, I needed to bring them back one more time for their last round of shots, which was included in their adoption fees. In general, the fees were slightly higher than you might see on your average shelter, but I think it is because they are a vet clinic and rehabilitation center rather than shelter, so they don't operate on a donation model. I didn't mind paying the higher fee because I could tell they were very well organized. I got pamphlets with all of their medical history, they were microchipped, neutered, spayed, and all vaccinations explained and prepared before I got them. They gave me advice on food and introducing the kittens to my home. When I brought the kittens back for their last round of shots, all I had to do was pull up and let them know I had arrived. A vet nurse came and picked them up from my car, took them in and they were done quick. They were a little tired and shaken up but nothing too bad. This is a great place in general, it's a bit far from where I live but it was worth going here! The two kittens are happy, healthy, friendly, and adjusting well to their new home. Reason for 4 stars: I had a few questions I wanted to ask the vet on my second time visit, but due to the way it's setup I never actually got to go inside or interact with anyone. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to float a few random questions I had to the vet. I assume that once covid restrictions end that it will be easier to have face to face again.

I adopted a 6 month old kitten here in March for $400. The kitten came with no papers or tags so I…read moredid not know that she is not licensed and hasn't been de-wormed. Every cat I have adopted in the past came with tags for license and rabies and was treated for fleas and dewormed. When I got the cat home, she had an oozing left eye and diarrhea. I waited a couple weeks for it to go away. Then I called them and told them what was happening and that the kitten came with these conditions. They said to bring her in for a check-up and after some discussion agreed to cover the visit. When I tried to put the kitten in the cat carrier, she went feral and scratched and bit me which turned into an infection. When I got there, I asked the staff if they had given me a feral cat. They wouldn't answer. I asked the doctor if she was feral and I needed to get a different cat. The doc said that they would clip her nails and put soft sock on her claws and to give it another try before returning the kitten. They had to put the kitten under to do that. The doc told me that her litter mate had Giardia so my cat probably did too. She also said my cat had gingivitis and an eye virus. This place keeps about 15 cats in one room in a trailer. So they all probably have Giardia and eye viruses. They gave me medication for my cat and said I had to pay for it. I said the cat already had these conditions when I adopted her and they had agreed to cover the visit so I shouldn't have to pay. At this point they grabbed my cat carrier with the cat inside and ran to the back and refused to give her back unless I paid! I could hear the doctor telling them to take the cat from me. I couldn't believe this unprofessional behavior. I ended up paying. I told the doc that I was mislead about the cat and the visit which is why I was asking questions. She said something like it must be a "cultural" thing (I am not Caucasian). Not only is she rude and misleading, she also makes racist remarks. All very shocking to say the least. While I was waiting I read the pamphlet for Cat Scratch Disease (Bartonella) which has very serious consequences to adults like organ failure if scratched by a diseased cat. My cat had the symptoms so I asked them to test her for it. Not only am I infected by the scratch, I may have a serious disease! If I hadn't read the pamphlet and asked for her to be tested, they wouldn't have done it even though the doctor saw she had symptoms. They said they would let me know the results in 2 weeks. This whole experience has been very stressful and I feel bad for the cat I adopted because through no fault of hers, she may have to be returned just when she though she had a forever home They are doing a service by taking in stray cats but they are taking no responsibility for adopting out unlicensed cats with parasite and viruses. I just hope my older cat did not catch the parasite and virus. They are spreading diseases. I don't recommend adopting cats here because you could get feral cat with parasites and viruses like I did. Go to Auburn Humane Shelter. They charge $150 and their cats are licensed, have rabies shots and are dewormed and healthy.
