My dog has been a customer here for food and vet care since he was a puppy, so I trusted them to…read moregroom him for the first time. While the groom itself looked fine, my dog was cut near his private area and this was not disclosed to me. My dog is very reactive -- there is no way this injury went unnoticed. The groomers requested I bring him in so the vet can take a look at th grooming injury and for me to be eligible for a refund. He was prescribed both a topical and oral antibiotic that he needs to be on for 2 weeks. This was presented as them "making it right," even though the visit was necessary solely due to their mistake. When I requested my refund, I was initially offered only $20 on a $140 grooming bill. After insisting, they agreed to a full refund -- and then immediately removed me as a client, meaning I now must also find a new vet as well. There was no empathy, accountability, or concern shown for my dog's wellbeing. Since the incident, my dog has been uncomfortable, wearing a cone, refusing to use the bathroom, and barely eating. I've had to rearrange my schedule and miss work to care for him. Mistakes happen. But how a business responds to them matters -- and this response was unacceptable.

DO NOT USE REBER RANCH GROOMER! Made an appointment two months ago, just moved to the area. They…read morecalled me three times, to verify the six upcoming appointments I had made, for monthly maintenance and a deep grooming spa day. Each time they were confused by what I asked to have done, saying that it was booked incorrectly, by the previous employee, obviously not knowing what each employee was doing. My husband took our German Shepherd girl in, they spent 10 minutes on her, didn't do half of the items that I asked to be done, charged 55 bucks, and refused a full refund. Instead, they created their own package, slapped a price on it, and did what they wanted to do. Not what the customer asked & paid for. We made an appointment, got an email, got a text message, and they made him wait as a walk-in, instead I'm giving him the appointment he had made. I called to speak to the assistant manager, she was dismissive, argumentative and rude. Our dog was traumatized. Her stomach was shaved bald, yet they didn't bother to rake out her fur, only spending 15 minutes for a list of grooming items needing to be done. She had a wonderful groomer, before we moved, and has never behaved this way. She was scared when she came out of that room. Reber Ranch is not what it used to be. They are unprofessional, disorganized, argumentative, and dismissive. With the behavior of my dog, I am considering calling the authorities, for this facility.

I first took my dog to Gina about 7 years ago for behavior modification when he was about a year…read moreold. Gina graciously helped us through my dog's reactive behaviors and taught me how to better understand him. My dog had Parvo as a puppy and unfortunately became very reactive towards people and other dogs afterwards. Gina is extremely knowledgeable and she was very kind and patient with me and my pup. She truly has a way with dogs and can tell you everything just from their body language. I have recommended her to friends and family, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality trainer in the area. I recently went out of town for 4 days and was so thankful to board my dog with Gina because I was confident he would be well taken care of which allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Gina is the only person I trust with my dog and we are so grateful to be working with PacwestK9!

He is a great dog however did need work on reactivity to people and pets. He was labeled as aggressive by vet because he is over protective of me. He was limited on the places I could take him because he did not like men outside my husband. Her comes Gina communication with her staff and her was excellent. They really listened to our needs and our concerns. We wanted to be able to take our dog everywhere. That's exactly what we can do now. He is phenomenal in every way. Yes you are required to follow through with training. Her training has brought me to tears we can't believe the full life our boy gets to live. She absolutely puts everything into ensuring your dog succeeds.

They helped me probably more than the pup....meaning really the work is for us as the owner to do. So you will need to do the work and do the practicing at home. All the time and effort was so worth it. We have an amazing dog and she and I are both super calm. I can take her anywhere with me and she does amazing out in public. With my 5 yr old daughter she does awesome as well. We just got kittens and she is best friends with the kitties now also. Thank you Garrett and David...we definitely appreciate you so much! i would give you 10 stars if that were an option.

Our Great Pyrenees was stubborn, independent, and we honestly weren't sure if we'd ever get through to him. Garrett changed everything. Instead of relying on cookie-cutter methods, Garrett took the time to really understand our dog's personality and gave us tools that actually worked. His approach is calm, intuitive, and based on building trust and respect--not just obedience. The difference has been night and day. Because of Garrett, our Pyr is finally on the right path to success. Walks are no longer a battle, our home is more peaceful, and most importantly, our dog is happier and more confident. If you're looking for a trainer who gets results, thinks outside the box, and truly cares about both the dog and the owner, Garrett Stevens at Alpha and Omega Dog Training is the best there is.

We knew of Cesar Milan's philosophy and Christy's teachings...but somehow it never clicked that WE were the problem. It took 4 strenuous, long, emotional, exhausting days with Christy for us to finally get it. Now, 3 months post fight we have a NEW pack. We didn't just fix the "aggression issues", but with Christy's help we were able to completely rehabilitate our girls, our relationship with them and truly feel confident that we handle *any* situation. Christy works to understand symptoms and how to speak to your dog like a dog to get the most positive behavior out of them. We'd highly recommend her. She's reliable, smart, patient, and effective. Our dog's behavior changed immediately and we have continued to see improvements months later.
