I usually leave my dog with family, but they weren't available. I found this place through online research and ignored the red flags -- something I deeply regret. After a short trial weekend, my dog came home with a cut on his nose. They brushed it off and blamed him. Foolishly, I gave them a second chance for a longer stay. When I picked him up, he had a deep wound on his nose, a chipped tooth, and was visibly traumatized. He wasn't the same dog -- withdrawn, scared, and exhausted. When I contacted the owner, she avoided responsibility and offered no real explanation. After pushing for answers, she sent a photo of the small cage he had been kept in -- nothing like what I was told. She even tried to shift the blame onto my dog again. This place was neglectful and unprofessional, and I strongly considered pursuing further action. I would never bring my dog here again. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Your dog deserves better.

Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. I know the entire facility is very clean. They close midday to clean, and my dogs never came home smelling dirty. Our senior dog Moose loved going to "school" and getting in the car everyday. Instead of issuing refunds directly, I was instructed to contact the third-party scheduling software company, Gingr, or dispute the charge with my bank or credit card company. As the business that accepted my payment, I expected Paws N Pals to handle refunds directly rather than directing customers elsewhere. To make matters more confusing, I continue to receive daycare notifications even though the business has permanently closed. I truly appreciated the care my dog received over the years, but the way this business closed and handled prepaid customer accounts has been extremely disappointing. Longtime customers who paid in advance for services that were never provided should not have to fight to recover their money. I hope every customer with an unused package receives a full refund.

You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. A shock collar was discovered on my dog jammed so tight on his neck that both my husband and the male employee had significant difficulty removing it. The employee at pickup did not disclose the use and was going to allow us to leave with this collar still on our dog. There was no communication during his stay that this type of discplinary action was necessary and it was a complete shock, since we have used the boarding service several times and our dog's behavior has only been praised. A single finger couldn't even fit underneath it. The employee on duty had to physically choke, pull, and wrestle my dog to get it off causing him severe distress, flailing, and yelping. He was inside of an unsupervised crate with this device and staff have not disclosed how many days this device was used. We have tried to communicate with the owner directly, and have been told three very different explanations regarding the use which shows deception and lying. Leaving an improperly fitted, high-pressure correction tool jammed on a confined dog unattended, with zero shift logging or handler handoff is negligence, plain and simple. When confronted with these safety failures, the owner doubled down with deflection rather than addressing why my dog was wrongly subjected to unmonitored equipment and choking under their roof. Formal complaints has been filed with Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC), along with deceptive business practice reports with the WA Attorney General. Save your dogs the trauma and avoid sending your dog to this facility.
