I had the absolute worst experience with their employee Maliki aka Al. I used a bag to place my 2 dogs items in after removing them for their grooming services. Asked him if I could use the coupon that I got out of the grooming department for my dogs' services. He I'd have to wait and see once they scan it and said that I have to lay .10 for the bag. He added some item for $29.99 that I didn't buy then the bag fee and told me to scan my credit card. I explained to him that he's charging me over $30 for the bag. He couldn't get the charge correct then threw the bag on the counter saying, "Today is your lucky day!" Very rude demeanor I told him he didn't need to throw the bag. He said if he was throwing the bag, it would have been ... then used his hands as if he was throwing something at me. I went to give him the bag back and asked if we can just start over and he hands me the bag. He became EXTREMELY aggressive!!!! He told me to just leave shooing me away with his hand gestures like you would a fly. Telling me he doesn't have time for my nonsense. I was completely taken back by his behavior to me as a customer; very aggressive; rude; unprofessional ; not customer friendly! I told him no need to talk to me like that. He said that he's standing up for himself. I asked him standing up to me for what reason as a customer and that his behavior was extremely unprofessional. He tried to justify his behavior saying, "You started it!" In a very aggressive threatening tone. Still in total disbelief how I was being treated. I asked to talk to the manager. While talking to the manager, she just looked at me with a blank stare and after I explained, she was quiet for a few seconds as if she really didn't care what I had to say. I told her what he said are words like you're getting ready to fight someone and I was close to calling the police. She said since I threatened legal actions, she can't talk to me. I asked her what legal actions was I threatening when all I said I was close to calling the police. Based on her responses, I sensed she wasn't customer focused and didn't make me feel comfortable leaving my dogs there. One employee apologized for my bad experience saying that's not how customers should be treated. I sat in my car for a moment as I called customer relations. I started getting anxiety worried my dogs wouldn't be safe; especially because the last time I was there, it wasn't a pleasant experience where the groomer apologized because she wasn't having a good day. During my last experience. I asked this same manager to not place the rope around my dogs' neck at my last visit because of the damage it could cause to their trachea like their sister who's collapsed and she suffocated and died, she still did and I felt it was to be SPITEFUL in a passage aggressive way. I ended up going back into the store to get my dogs fearful of "Al" doing something unthinkable to them after the way he treated me as an employee. I went back in and Michael brought them to me apologizing for my experience. He assured me that my dogs will be very safe with them in the grooming area. I ended up leaving them because of his sincere reassurance. As I was driving off after I picked them up, "Al" was walking back in and appeared to have flipped me off. Again, displaying a demeanor beyond rude flipping me off and confidence like his behavior was acceptable to management and he was untouchable as an employee. It appears that "Al" treats other customers this way. He deflected and gaslighted the entire encounter with me as a what I thought to be a valued customer because of my dedication to them all the way back in Maryland and Virginia. I guess I was wrong!!! But I'm a short black female only 5'4"; he's at least 6'2". I'm no threat and present myself in a professional manner. I know a friend who has recently shared a few recent bad encounters at this store. He's a very poor reflection on PetSmart and how they value their customers. Also, looking at recent reviews shows how others have experienced bad customer service.

Took my dog in for a recent grooming as I was talking with my neighbor she noticed my dog got nicked by the groomer close to her eye. Won't be back

my australian shepherd went in for a bath and trim/ sanitary clean up. at first everything looked great until i saw his paws.. hair is cut all over the place not even his nails were cut way to short and he's limping on one leg because it was cut way to short, if someone doesn't know how to trim a breed properly it should be handed over to someone who does

We had been going with our poodle because it was easy and they did a decent enough job. We don't need a fancy cut. We keep her coat pretty short and a slight puff on her head. It's always been the same person and it worked well. We got a cancelation last minute due to a groomer injury and got rescheduled with someone else. Picked her up from the appointment and both of her eyes were watering, she was blinking uncontrollably, and couldn't open her eyes. Called to ask what happened and was told it couldn't possibly have happened there but we could bring her into their clinic the next day to get her checked out. We opted to take her to our own vet and found an open wound on her back, also. They cut her and got something in her eyes that, according to the vet, caused ulcers on her corneas. Never again. I'll give her home baths and a flowbee hair cut before she ever steps foot in that place again.

A one stop shop! I have recently added a puppy to my family and was looking for a place to get her groomed. I decided to try Petsmart Tukwila with the next available groomer. We got Mykah and she is AMAZING! She is so nice, to both me and my pup, listens to what we want, and is just the best. We are always so happy with the outcome and have gone back to her everytime. Unfortunately, I did knock off one star due to customer service outside of the grooming department. I do not know their name and but there is one particular front end employee that always has a horrible attitude to me, as well as every customer I have seen them interact with. It just makes that part of the trip so unenjoyable. They aren't helpful, they make very rude comments about the customers, and just make me feel very unwelcome/wanted. I will continue to come back for Mykah's great grooming and customer service, but just a heads up to not make the front end employees mad!

My dog had an appt on Sunday at 3pm at Tukwilla Petsmart for a full groom. I received a call from the groomer at 5:15 stating that she couldn't finish him due to him being too stressed out and to pick him up and schedule another appointment on Tuesday. When question she then went on to say another groomer called in and she had to take on her dog. Mind you when my husband picked up my dog he looked as if she started shaving him on various spots all over his body. He was a total mess! I contacted customer care with a formal complaint. Y dog went back to finish on Tuesday and he still looks a mess! His ears are jagged and hairy missing the hair was not removed from inside his ears and he is shaven! Way shorter then discussed. You have to see it to believe it! Terrible and clear they can't groom labradoodles. The person who did my dog was the manager too

Service are bad its legit Emty almost no people and almost no service Too i waited 30 mins And all i got is a terrible floor manager with an attitude Ever meet the lady who denies you to buy what you came for Aftershe ask so much questions that Yull end up saying how hard is it to get a fish Meanwhile yull see them .20 cent fish cluster together all dead Eating one another To survive Yeah this place right here Im not even surprise if they just trow away fish in a garbage while its still alive and in a bag Instead of sold you fish That would get a home and care Management sucks here Multiple complaints and reviews and rating of performance of this place Karma will get them one day

If you care about your dog, please read this…read more I rarely write reviews, but after what my dog went through at this facility, I feel obligated to warn others. I usually leave my dog with family, but they weren't available. I found this place through online research and ignored the red flags -- something I deeply regret. After a short trial weekend, my dog came home with a cut on his nose. They brushed it off and blamed him. Foolishly, I gave them a second chance for a longer stay. When I picked him up, he had a deep wound on his nose, a chipped tooth, and was visibly traumatized. He wasn't the same dog -- withdrawn, scared, and exhausted. When I contacted the owner, she avoided responsibility and offered no real explanation. After pushing for answers, she sent a photo of the small cage he had been kept in -- nothing like what I was told. She even tried to shift the blame onto my dog again. This place was neglectful and unprofessional, and I strongly considered pursuing further action. I would never bring my dog here again. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Your dog deserves better.

I left my GSD Max several times with Tamar. As the place got too busy the care for the dogs…read moresuffered. In the last two visits, almost 2 years ago, both times Max came back limping. Second time I asked Tamar if she noticed anything that could have caused him to limp. She got very defensive and gave non helping random replies. Needless to say she didn't care a bit. I ended up spending lot of time and money at vet. Anyways, I stopped sending him there and found better alternatives.

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. Every single message or request I've sent has been responded to and resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

Jesse was comfortable and knowledgeable with how to handle our two high-energy dogs that are often untrusting of new people. By the 3rd walk/run, they had become comfortable with her with no more nerves/barking. The best thing about Little Furry Things? We get a detailed write up, photos, and map of where the pups when on their outing. Jesse was even featured on King 5 for her thoughtful walk summaries! The photos she takes are some of the best we have of our pups! For anyone needing a little extra help in getting your pets exercised and keeping them happy, I can't recommend Little Furry Things enough.

We started taking our dogs here a little more than a year ago, after our old doggy daycare shut…read moredown. I have to say that I am very impressed with how well they have taken care of our pups. I would recommend the doggy daycare for active and playful dogs or social dogs. My other senior dog wasn't into the social scene and didn't like being around a lot of dogs, so this wasn't a great fit for her. They do have a non-social option, which is more like a small enclosed run, but you have to know your dog and whether that will work for them. For my two that have gone to PnP, every day I look forward to seeing their photos and hearing about the fun they had. In the summer, my dogs especially like cooling off in the kiddie pools. I know the entire facility is very clean. They close midday to clean, and my dogs never came home smelling dirty. Our senior dog Moose loved going to "school" and getting in the car everyday. The staff at PnP took such gentle loving care of him even as he got older and weaker. They noticed little things like days he was in pain even before we did and were always careful to let us know. We will forever be grateful for how well they cared for him all the way to the end. Thank you Paws n Pals! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone in Kent looking for a great place for their pups to have fun and socialize!

Having to find a new boarding place for your dog is so unnerving! You can 'do all the things' (i.e…read more research) but until they physically stay over a few times, it still feels like you're going in blind. PnP really went out of their way to make us and our pup feel comfortable. Everyone we met, up to (and including) our dog's two week stay were just wonderful. And having a non-social boarding option really sealed the deal for us. I love that we were able to find such a warm, loving and clean place for our little fur baby when coming with us is not an option.

I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

We will never be back and I'm on here to warn other dog parents about this place.
