She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. Why would you put your dog at a kennel type place if you have or had this option. My dog is practically like family to Cindy now. It's honestly invaluable what she provides. My dog is never in a crate, and gets to hang with Cindy and her family, go out back and check out the chickens and other animals, he's not locked up in a cage for 20 of 24 hours a day. I get the overnight kennel places probably not having the man power to pay one on one attention to those dogs, but it's just that your dog is going from free reign of your own home to being in a kennel for hours at a time. It's a huge adjustment and difference. With Cindy, they're going from your home, to a home. She gives you updates too on how your dog is doing and sometimes even sends off photos too. I recommend Cindy to any & everyone who's in need for a dog sitter.

We took the initial tour and the rest is history. The environment is perfect for my dog Moe, a large, timid yet playful Doberman. Being a shelter dog/stray we aren't sure of his history so leaving him there with people and dogs he doesn't know is always a little nerve wracking but to this day, 2 1/2 years after our first visit, he still perks up when I tell him he's going to Dog Camp, and the staff always reports to me that he was comfortable and happy. There have been times where he has gotten small injuries but as someone who frequents dog parks, I know it is not possible to stop every potential accident. When the most serious incident occurred, Moe was bitten by another overexcited dog on his side. The Unleashed staff cleaned it out and took care of him. He was completely fine. Two and a half years later, the staff is great, the facility is great, the service is great, and Moe will not stop attending anytime soon. We love Unleashed!

Had to reluctantly board our Yorkie for 7 days for the first time ever. After a previous boarding…read moreexperience with our previous Yorkie at another facility (that has since closed down), I was very anxious about possibly repeating the experience. However, the entire process and stay at Eastside Vet was excellent. Pre-boarding prep: A wellness exam with their medical team is required before which makes sense so that they are familiar and able to provide medical treatment if needed. But it was also helpful as the vet also explained the boarding care and what to expect. Then a thorough intake form is completed to ensure the staff are aware of any and all care needs, i.e. diet/meals, behaviors, preferences, etc. Any details specific to our pup to help keep his daily routine as much as possible. During boarding: I did elect to pay for an additional potty break/walk, playtime, and daily photo update. Would recommend the photo update if you have any separation anxiety. The staff attendants shared detailed daily summaries and the cutest photos (attached examples). They were so patient and caring with our pup and this really helped to ease any anxiety. I was also able to provide home food, snacks, toys, bed, and blanket. Note: there is no attendant overnight (6p-8a) but I think that might be an industry standard. Pick up: staff were very nice, efficient and everything was already prepaid online, returned all provided items intact and any remaining food/treats. They provided a post boarding care sheet as well. Cost: compared to other facilities, it is on the higher range but I think still reasonable comparable. But also worth the higher rate as there is a full medical team on site during their regular business hours (it's a vet clinic also), so if there are any medical treatments or emergencies during the stay, the medical team are there to assist. Overall, would highly recommend and board with Eastside Vet again if needed. Staff were very communicative and caring and overall so sweet to our little pup.

Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left.
