We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.

I had no call to advise this was happening or email to let me know. I do not really think this is the best way to do business even with someone who only used your service once. My dog was abused two different days with severe animal abuse. It appears animal control has not taken any action and has allowed this constant non stop intimidation. My dog is likely permanently damaged. I used this kennel for decades. It involved conspiracy of both owners and another. Witnesses and video of two different animal abuses, one I was shown, the staff thought it was funny, (now no acknowledge of it) the second, the video system did not work. The chances of this happening just to my dog. Is slim and none. I have been an animal activist my whole life. It appears no action has been taken, I have submitted all information and they have allowed this continual conspiracy and intimidation. I need to go above Soos Creek and animal control. I would recommend the doggy daycare for active and playful dogs or social dogs. My other senior dog wasn't into the social scene and didn't like being around a lot of dogs, so this wasn't a great fit for her. They do have a non-social option, which is more like a small enclosed run, but you have to know your dog and whether that will work for them. For my two that have gone to PnP, every day I look forward to seeing their photos and hearing about the fun they had. In the summer, my dogs especially like cooling off in the kiddie pools. I know the entire facility is very clean. They close midday to clean, and my dogs never came home smelling dirty. Our senior dog Moose loved going to "school" and getting in the car everyday. The staff at PnP took such gentle loving care of him even as he got older and weaker. They noticed little things like days he was in pain even before we did and were always careful to let us know. Unfortunately, the business closed permanently with no advance notice to customers, despite many of us having prepaid daycare packages. I had just purchased a new 10-day package for $420 that had never been used. After the closure, I reached out to request a refund. Instead of issuing refunds directly, I was instructed to contact the third-party scheduling software company, Gingr, or dispute the charge with my bank or credit card company. As the business that accepted my payment, I expected Paws N Pals to handle refunds directly rather than directing customers elsewhere. To make matters more confusing, I continue to receive daycare notifications even though the business has permanently closed. I truly appreciated the care my dog received over the years, but the way this business closed and handled prepaid customer accounts has been extremely disappointing. Longtime customers who paid in advance for services that were never provided should not have to fight to recover their money. I hope every customer with an unused package receives a full refund.

I called another service (Dallas and Pals) but they were full, and recommended Zak. I'm so glad it worked out that way! Zak came over the next evening, met my lab and interviewed me about my dog-- what she likes, what she hates, her bad habits (oh yes, I think all pets have at least one) and then went over the pricing and daily schedule with me. Since then, my dog has been a "regular" with Crazy Misfits. Zak comes over during the day, picks up my dog for a couple of hours of "play time," and has been super-accommodating about special requests or an occasional "REALLY late day." My dog loves him- she bounces when she sees him. The billing is twice monthly, and you can pay online as well as directly by check. Zak is very approachable-- I appreciate I can contact him by text. I have nothing but good things to say-- knowing that my dog has been able to get out and play with her Crazy Misfits friends helps me feel less like a horrible owner for having to work so much (but that's how we bring home the kibble.)

A shock collar was discovered on my dog jammed so tight on his neck that both my husband and the male employee had significant difficulty removing it. The employee at pickup did not disclose the use and was going to allow us to leave with this collar still on our dog. There was no communication during his stay that this type of discplinary action was necessary and it was a complete shock, since we have used the boarding service several times and our dog's behavior has only been praised. A single finger couldn't even fit underneath it. The employee on duty had to physically choke, pull, and wrestle my dog to get it off causing him severe distress, flailing, and yelping. He was inside of an unsupervised crate with this device and staff have not disclosed how many days this device was used. We have tried to communicate with the owner directly, and have been told three very different explanations regarding the use which shows deception and lying. Leaving an improperly fitted, high-pressure correction tool jammed on a confined dog unattended, with zero shift logging or handler handoff is negligence, plain and simple. When confronted with these safety failures, the owner doubled down with deflection rather than addressing why my dog was wrongly subjected to unmonitored equipment and choking under their roof. Formal complaints has been filed with Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC), along with deceptive business practice reports with the WA Attorney General. Save your dogs the trauma and avoid sending your dog to this facility.

She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. I am grateful to have found such a loving, kind and compassionate person to care for my pets. I know they are in the best of hands when I am gone.
