We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.

I was advised they were out of town and it would have to be another day. I had neglected to re-communicate anything for a couple of years..my mistake. I did reach out today March 17th 2024..asking to pick up my house key and was advised it was discarded..after 5 years they apparently, (what I can assume because of no future reservations) discarded keys and just threw it away. I had no call to advise this was happening or email to let me know. I do not really think this is the best way to do business even with someone who only used your service once. Please rethink your practices..especially when you have a key to someone's residence. Thank you

It involved conspiracy of both owners and another. Witnesses and video of two different animal abuses, one I was shown, the staff thought it was funny, (now no acknowledge of it) the second, the video system did not work. The chances of this happening just to my dog. Is slim and none. I have been an animal activist my whole life. It appears no action has been taken, I have submitted all information and they have allowed this continual conspiracy and intimidation. I need to go above Soos Creek and animal control. I would recommend the doggy daycare for active and playful dogs or social dogs. My other senior dog wasn't into the social scene and didn't like being around a lot of dogs, so this wasn't a great fit for her. They do have a non-social option, which is more like a small enclosed run, but you have to know your dog and whether that will work for them. For my two that have gone to PnP, every day I look forward to seeing their photos and hearing about the fun they had. In the summer, my dogs especially like cooling off in the kiddie pools. I know the entire facility is very clean. They close midday to clean, and my dogs never came home smelling dirty. Our senior dog Moose loved going to "school" and getting in the car everyday. The staff at PnP took such gentle loving care of him even as he got older and weaker. They noticed little things like days he was in pain even before we did and were always careful to let us know. We will forever be grateful for how well they cared for him all the way to the end. Thank you Paws n Pals! Having to find a new boarding place for your dog is so unnerving! PnP really went out of their way to make us and our pup feel comfortable. Everyone we met, up to (and including) our dog's two week stay were just wonderful. And having a non-social boarding option really sealed the deal for us. I love that we were able to find such a warm, loving and clean place for our little fur baby when coming with us is not an option.

Zak came over the next evening, met my lab and interviewed me about my dog-- what she likes, what she hates, her bad habits (oh yes, I think all pets have at least one) and then went over the pricing and daily schedule with me. Since then, my dog has been a "regular" with Crazy Misfits. Zak comes over during the day, picks up my dog for a couple of hours of "play time," and has been super-accommodating about special requests or an occasional "REALLY late day." My dog loves him- she bounces when she sees him. The billing is twice monthly, and you can pay online as well as directly by check. Zak is very approachable-- I appreciate I can contact him by text. I have nothing but good things to say-- knowing that my dog has been able to get out and play with her Crazy Misfits friends helps me feel less like a horrible owner for having to work so much (but that's how we bring home the kibble.)

I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. I am grateful to have found such a loving, kind and compassionate person to care for my pets. I know they are in the best of hands when I am gone.
