Every single staff member I've interacted with has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. Every single message or request I've sent has been responded to and resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

Jesse was comfortable and knowledgeable with how to handle our two high-energy dogs that are often untrusting of new people. By the 3rd walk/run, they had become comfortable with her with no more nerves/barking. The best thing about Little Furry Things? We get a detailed write up, photos, and map of where the pups when on their outing. Jesse was even featured on King 5 for her thoughtful walk summaries! The photos she takes are some of the best we have of our pups! For anyone needing a little extra help in getting your pets exercised and keeping them happy, I can't recommend Little Furry Things enough.

We've been with Camp Crockett for several years now and have used all three locations. I cannot…read morerecommend them more, especially in this day and age with reports of abuse coming out of other locations. My dog is always happy to go--and that tells me everything. He comes home happy and tired and is clearly well cared for. I've been to other daycares where the dogs look dazed coming out. Camp Crockett understands pack management and anytime there's been an issue with one dog, it gets fixed immediately. I am grateful every day to have a safe and fun place for my pup to go and hang out with friends.

I am very sad to write this review- after years of recommending these folks to friends with pups!…read more I had a trip to California scheduled recently, and when I called to book I was told that they had availability for the stay, I just needed to update vaccinations/parasite checks. I got all of the vaccinations up to date, screened for parasites, and over email confirmed with the business that they were uploaded to my profile. Then the DAY BEFORE I was set to drop the pups off I got a call saying I needed to come in for a day camp as my pups hadn't been in for 6 months (it had been 8 months). Obviously, this was not possible, as I was leaving the next day. I got this information over voice mail. So I called back. And left a message. No returned call. So I called back. No return call. Now I'm starting to panic, called again the next day and left messages. TOTALLY GHOSTED. Finally, I got a passive agressive text - "yeah, this is our policy, sorry". After over 7 years of boarding my pups with this business this was extremely rude and insulting behavior. I was totally left in a lurch, considering having to cancel my trip and suffer financial losses due to the late hour. What kind of business does this to a long standing customer? Unfortunately, these people can not be relied upon, were rude and really caused me stress and dismay. Wholeheartedly do NOT recommend anymore.

They both absolutely LOVE her, and when she puts the key in the door, on pickup days, the excitement that exudes from them both is honestly touching. It's so comforting to know that she loves them (almost!) as much as we do, and I have never worried for one minute when they are with her. Cammie has gone above and beyond as their secondary care giver/ second mom, and her true love for animals shows when she has saved us on more than one occasion, ie. bringing us medication for our dog over a holiday weekend when our dog had a pretty severe allergy to something, and we were trying to avoid a 2500.00 emergency vet bill. She has walked me through being a new mom to a puppy (twice now), and has not ever NOT picked up her phone after hours when I've called her in a panic. And this is all out of the kindness of her heart; she has never once asked for any type of payment/reimbursement for her time, she just LOVES these fur babies and wants what's best for them. We are truly grateful that we met Cammie and she is an important part of our lives, as well as our two dogs lives now. "Angel in disguise" is how I refer to her, and my husband & I, as well as our 2 dogs, are incredibly lucky/blessed to have found her. If you love your dog like one of your kids, you can rest easy knowing Cammie is in your corner, for advice, answers to questions, whatever... this woman is absolutely incredible, and at this point, we wouldn't trust our dogs with anybody else.

I have had Cammie care for my dogs off and on for 11 years. While she is good with my dogs, she is…read morechallenged when dealing with humans. She brings a ton of emotional baggage to the job to the point where she pouts when she comes and goes hoping you will ask her what's wrong so she can dump all of her personal and financial issues on you. She has always tried to push more of her services on me than I want and then gets mad when I don't want it. I originally hired her for 3 days a week and she kept pushing for 5. When I told her that I wasn't willing to pay that much for my dog when I could bring my dog to work we negotiated a lower daily rate and more days as a compromise. 11 years later I have not heard the end of it. She once told me that I said I couldn't afford to pay her more and then commented on how many packages I receive. I trusted her to come into my personal space and she violated that trust by commenting on how I live. I fired her at the time and she begged me back. Against the advice of those close to me, I gave her another chance and chose to deal with her issues because my dog loved her. Fast forward to 2021 where I use her for my two new dogs. When the pandemic hit we no longer needed her services. I felt bad and wasn't going to cut her income since mine hadn't been impacted so we continued to use her. I pay her in advance and will even pay her when I don't use her, putting those days in the bank to be used later. My husband and I would argue about it but I thought it was the right thing to do. As she typically does when her client count is reduced, she raised her rates. Given that her services are a complete luxury for us and not a necessity we decided that it was time to go our separate ways. It wasn't a negative thing. We simply didn't value her services at the rate she was charging in addition to the fact that our situation had changed and we hadn't needed her services for 15 months. Instead of an amicable separation she took her emotional issues public and made some very unprofessional comments publicly on Venmo. She brought up something from 7-8 years ago that she harbors bad feelings about but has never been mature enough to have a professional conversation about. Long story short, she's great with your dogs (if she likes them that is) but she comes with so much personal baggage. It's unfortunate that she can't just provide her services in a professional manner. I have always felt like she has been jealous that I make a good living and she has always tried to figure out how to get more and more out of me. I wasn't going to leave her a bad review, however, since she has chosen to take this situation public I thought I should give people fair warning of what you might get with her. Just because she is good with dogs doesn't mean she is good with people or running a business. It's unfortunate that she can't seem to get out of her own way but I'm done feeling bad for her and would never hire her for anything again.
