My dog had regular walks with Cass last year for about 3 months after my dog got injured and was instructed to not run anymore until her surgery date. Cass was amazing and attentive to my dog, made sure to let us know if she pooped or not and what the consistency was like. She even asked for a list of commands and tricks so she could practice some mental stimulation which was awesome! She was also more than happy to help us with training when it came to calm greetings, as my dog doesn't really meet with any other strangers at our home. Scheduling walks through Tanya was super easy. The app made everything super seamless, like showing us the route they walked and any comments from the walker. On days that Cass wasn't available, Tanya did try to match us with other walkers on her team but after we did meet and greets I honestly felt that they didn't respect our request to not encourage my dog to jump when greeting. That was a red flag to me, so I haven't exactly met any other walker that I felt comfortable with. read more

I've used Walk With Tanya for over three years now to walk my dog and have always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and flexibility. My dog can be leash reactive to other dogs and the walkers have always followed any instructions provided on how best to deal with that. I needed to find a dog walker to stop by and take my little Beagle puppy out a couple times a week on the days while I'm at work longer than I feel comfortable leaving him alone. Tanya and her team of dog walkers are amazing! I have them come walk the pups anytime I know I'll have a longer day at work, and she is always super accommodating even if I have a last minute request. Sometimes I just book for a quick 15 minute walk for them to go potty, and other times I've booked for as long as an hour walk to really get some exercise in. My dogs are always happy when I get home, and I have peace of mind knowing that they are getting attention while I'm at work. Her prices are very reasonable, especially when booking for longer walks! In addition to their walking services, I love using Tanya's team for dog/house-sitting as well. With other dog-sitters, I've come home from vacation to a house that was even messier than I left - and that NEVER happens with Tanya. The house has always been freshly vacuumed, dishwasher emptied, etc. I love getting the updates when I'm on vacation of pictures of the pups - whether on walks or just playing in the backyard. There have been a few occasions when a dog walker (it has always been a brand new walker who is just figuring out the system) has accidentally set off my alarm. We have been using Tanya's dog walking service for about 10 months now and she and her walkers have been amazing. We chose to go with a more personalized service with regular walkers on staff because we were having trouble with the inconsistency of walkers cancelling with Rover. When we first started with Tanya, she came and met us and Willie (Willie loves her immediately) and then for the first few days she walked Willie herself before matching him with a walker. Our pup Willie now gets walked regularly by Nick primarily, who Willie also loves. If our schedule changes last minute or if Willie needs special attention, we like that we are able to email directly with Tanya and she always responds quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Walk with Tanya (and Tanya herself). Over the last year we have gone through some changes-our older wonderful but "complicated" pup passed away early in the year (he was 18 years old, and we were devastated). We recently got a new baby (now 6 months old) and he is amazing but with a new puppy comes so many challenges (potty training, behavioral training etc). To make things even more challenging , our new pup is barely 3 lbs, and our other dog is a wonderful 80 lb Golden Retriever. Both our original walker and our current walker have both been so nurturing , patient, and just all around wonderful. At times I really hate my little virtuous voice nagging at me, this time it's about sharing. While I'd rather be selfish and hoard Tanya's services to myself I'll settle to relent to the verbatim about sharing that drums in my head from my elementary school days. I've broken the rule about not talking to strangers though. That being said, you can trust Tanya. Alright I'm ready to take a big giant step forward and divulge my positive feedback to help spread the good news about "Walk With Tanya". Phew...that was difficult. After my quest of searching high and low in finding a dog walker who would accommodate my building's CIA level security I was ready to give up. And the word "accommodate" is not used lightly in this situation. My manager made a huge ordeal of giving her a duplicate key and would only let her into the building directly. One afternoon, Tanya and my dog were locked out after returning from a dog park excursion because the staff was not available to let her in. Tanya took my dog to her home and brought him back when I returned home without complaining. Although she must've been beyond annoyed by the hassle, she stayed committed. Keep in mind that I've contacted other dog walkers who scoffed at the idea of letting my manager run background checks on their services or seemed disinterested when I mentioned the possibility of not acquiring a duplicate key. Tanya never hesitated. Not only is she trustworthy and reliable, she sends me daily e-mail reports attached with photos of my happy dog which gives me peace of mind.
