Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

Mary has always been on time and very communicative - texting us when she's on her way to pick up Buttercup and also sending us pictures of Buttercup on her park adventures with her friends. Buttercup has also spent some time on overnights at Mary's home when we've gone out of town on trips and she has such a blast! Mary truly takes care of Buttercup as if she's her own pup. We're really sad that we can't teleport Mary over to us on the East Coast so that she can continue walking Buttercup. Maybe one day!

Kristin is way more than a dog walker - she is a partner in Luna's care, giving me nutrition and other health advice and generally being fully invested my pup's well being. I also board Luna with Kristin when I'm out of town (even if family is available). I know Kristin's standard of care is as high or higher than mine so I don't have to worry about her while I'm away for work or vacation. Luna can't wait to go in to Kristin's house or see her at mine! Bonus is Kristin takes great pictures which fill my heart with joy.

When we added a new pup to our pack at home, Nadine was gracious to begin walks with both Harper & Baker. We loved seeing all the photo updates on the Haven's Hounds Facebook page. Although we've recently moved away, we fondly remember their time with Haven's Hounds and wish we could replicate Nadine in our new town!

Seth is extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior. He's careful about introducing his dogs to one another, and Alfie has made some good buds because of it. Seth is observant and conscientious and a great communicator. We hate not being able to take care of Alfie during the day, but begrudgingly acknowledge that he probably has more fun with Seth and his dog friends anyway.

She kept our dog in a non-dog-proofed "she shed" by herself for several hours after the incident and was upset that our dog caused damage to that space. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect that a dog boarding business that cares for multiple dogs has a plan for when dogs don't get along, and that such a business should be able to handle incidents without expecting folks on vacation to drop everything to come get the dog.

I love the webcams because I can check in on him whenever I want. They offer special lunch time snacks and have lots of events, like bubbles and puppy art. I love Tanya and all the walkers we have. There has never been someone so responsive to our changing schedule. So many times have plans change and need someone to just let our dog out or take him on a short walk and she's always so accommodating! 10/10 for communication and the walkers always leave such sweet notes and photos. We've had a few walkers for dog and she always offers to do a meet & greet before changing walkers which is awesome! I could tell how awesome Tanya & her walkers were from the moment they met our dog - who doesn't always to great with new people. read more

The whole team is wonderful, understanding and flexible. We have a 2 year old dog who had been in doggy daycare everyday before we decided to cut back to 30 minute walks. He now gets a walk everyday and it's the perfect amount of exercise for him. He loves Tanya and Jillian, and when he injured his eye they took such great care getting his cone on and off and keeping us updated on how he was feeling while we were at work. We started using this service about 4 months ago and are extremely happy. Tanya has taken the time to not only get to know our dog, but she takes him to the dog park so he can socialize with other pups which has made a noticeable difference in his behavior. With both of us working during the day it's hard to give our dog as much exercise as he needs, and this is a very affordable and needed service for that. Thank you Tanya! read more

He loves getting to see his dog friends once a week. Amanda also accommodates our ever changing schedules and if a work meeting occurs during pick up she will come into our apartment and get Henry! Henry gallops to her and squeaks with excitement every time she sees her letting me know he is so excited for his weekly adventure. The pups are out for 4-5 hours each time and extremely tired when they get back. This service has been a game changer for us.

Indoor and outdoor space with plenty of shade in the summer, cover in the rain, and heaters in the winter means that pups are comfortable no matter the elements. The staff here are incredible. They get to know you and your dog to a level I've never experienced at a dog daycare. You are part of a family rather than a business, and that's a beautiful thing. I cannot recommend them enough and my dog and I feel blessed to be part of the pack!

They are incredibly flexible with changes, and with a little notice will accommodate all your daycare needs. If the pup nearly rips your arm off, in his eagerness to get back in there, I think you have a winner.

We have four dogs. Four big, strong, energetic dogs, and she is awesome with them. Our oldest, a dog-nervous pit rescue, has some health issues and Skye is always incredibly gentle and attentive to her needs, and the younger leviathans, Skye wears out... which is really saying something. She's also been really helpful in getting our new foster people-acclimated, trained, and adoption-ready, and for that, I and handsome Hubig, said foster, will be forever grateful. I hate that Skye, who has since become a really awesome friend (and our dogs' favourite person), is leaving NOLA for Washington, but there's no doubt that Seattle's pets are gaining one hell of a human.

Skye is amazing to deal with and is even more amazing with my Shih Tzu, Miley! She works with both big and small dogs and they all love her. Skye is very reasonably priced and the best part is she is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. I can send her a text in the morning if I got tied up with work and she will walk Miley that afternoon. She has truly saved me a few times. Skye has sat for Miley overnight, in my home. The cost is comparable to boarding in a kennel, except Miley stays in her own home where she is comfortable and for roughly the same price if she were to stay in a cage all day. Miley used to get upset when she saw me pack a suitcase, but now she knows that Skye is coming to stay with her and she is a happy camper. When I moved to the city, having someone to help with my dog was my biggest concern, but finding Skye was a blessing. Both Miley and I are happier because of her!

Overall the staff she has working with her have been great. I trust her with our dogs. I feel really lucky that we have Debbie and her staff looking after our dogs.

She leaves a post-walk note on how the walk went, what other dogs were along, updates on #1s and #2s, and any other pertinent info. Her service saves me from rushing home after work, and even allows me some "free time". She is very accommodating of schedule changes, too. I fully trust her with my dog, and with entering my home when I'm not there. We love the photos of Tater and her posse that Debbie posts on Facebook and Instagram. Tater is so much happier and less anxious after she's had a walk with Debbie. Plus, it encourages nap time!!

Not very punctual/reliable (one time she was late almost for an hour, which is a lot for a puppy's scheduled potty time).

Sharon helped me years ago and I still thank her (in my head) every day for teaching me how to be the best 'Pack Leader' to my best friend on four legs... Nola (The Wonder Dog)! Nola rescued me when she arrived at Seatac (from a Texas shelter) back in 2013. It was obvious from the start that my sensitive girl had been through some tough times and I was going to need some help in figuring things out. Sharon was incredible, right from the start! She taught me how to be patient and understand Nola's behavior... and most importantly, how to react and 'check' my own behavior. Sharon taught me so much in such a short period of time. Although Sharon, Nola & I haven't met 'on the regular' in many years, I still call on her when something pops up. I also like Sharon a bunch (as a person) & consider her a good Pal! So... in short, SHARON ROCKS! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be the best Pack Leader they can be... and a little bit more :)

He seemed comfortable with them immediately. Plus I gave them a rundown about his needs and about how to use our house. When we left for the weekend, they assured us they had everything in hand to make Spud (our dog) comfortable. They definitely did. We even received occasional pictures of Spud and updates. When we arrived home, he looked so relaxed and well-tended. The house looked great too! I almost hesitate posting this review because we want to keep Seattle Sidekicks for ourselves. It's so lovely to know we can leave for awhile and our dog and house have two animal-loving, responsible and respectful women tending to things. Couldn't be happier!
