Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. She even asked for a list of commands and tricks so she could practice some mental stimulation which was awesome! She was also more than happy to help us with training when it came to calm greetings, as my dog doesn't really meet with any other strangers at our home. Scheduling walks through Tanya was super easy. The app made everything super seamless, like showing us the route they walked and any comments from the walker. On days that Cass wasn't available, Tanya did try to match us with other walkers on her team but after we did meet and greets I honestly felt that they didn't respect our request to not encourage my dog to jump when greeting. That was a red flag to me, so I haven't exactly met any other walker that I felt comfortable with.

Mary has always been on time and very communicative - texting us when she's on her way to pick up Buttercup and also sending us pictures of Buttercup on her park adventures with her friends. Buttercup has also spent some time on overnights at Mary's home when we've gone out of town on trips and she has such a blast! Mary truly takes care of Buttercup as if she's her own pup. We're really sad that we can't teleport Mary over to us on the East Coast so that she can continue walking Buttercup. Maybe one day!

She kicked our dog out of boarding for "lunging at" another dog that she brought into the room without a slow introduction, expected us to pick her up immediately when we were on vacation, and refused to provide a refund for the night of care we didn't use. She kept our dog in a non-dog-proofed "she shed" by herself for several hours after the incident and was upset that our dog caused damage to that space. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect that a dog boarding business that cares for multiple dogs has a plan for when dogs don't get along, and that such a business should be able to handle incidents without expecting folks on vacation to drop everything to come get the dog.
