I contacted Robert explained how I wanted a transfer switch installed. I wanted to run the ac. He…read moreexplained that the ac was connected to the meter. I had a 60 amp box needs to be upgraded to operate the 50 amp generator. Upgraded panel installed plug on the outside was installed. I was shown the hook up steps to the generator. I was told after the job was done a transfer switch was not needed to be installed. That was only for the stand by generators for auto switching. I said what about the ac ? . Oh that is connected to the meter like I told you before. . I guess this part was lost in translation this was the whole reason why I called you out so I can run the ac when the powers out. So if I want to have this done will cost you extra to do this . Lesson learned I guess.

Predatory Pricing and Unprofessional Conduct…read more This review cost me $150, please use this knowledge. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere. What was scheduled as a simple $100 service call to add a single space to my panel was immediately escalated by their technicians into a $13,000 verbal quote. They claimed my entire service line and panel were "compromised," yet they refused to provide the written diagnostic report I paid an additional $150.00 to receive. For three weeks, I was subjected to a cycle of misinformation and delays. My interactions with "Rob" (owner Robert West) were particularly unprofessional; after misleading me for weeks and stalling my project, he promised a full refund that never arrived. I was very worried after hearing this. Completely ignored for weeks. Rob gladly cashed my check though anyway. This company appears to rely on high-pressure "emergency" tactics followed by a total lack of accountability once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and check their history with the BBB before inviting them into your home. I'm just thankful I never hired them. BBB complaint #24794263 National Electric LLC #801479710

If I could give Ken more than 5 Stars I would. I recently…read morebought a house in Wyandotte and need some work done in my basement. I called him late in the day on a Wednesday and he was able to come give me a quote the next day on Thursday. Ken showed called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he was promised. He gave me an unbelievable quote for the work I needed done. We discussed him coming out on Monday to do the work, but after I told him my movers were coming tomorrow (Friday) he asked if I wanted the work done before my movers came. I said that would be awesome, but that is less than 24 hours away. So what did Ken do? Ken literally left my house got his work van and one of his employees and was back in 1 hour to do the work!!! Not only did that type of customer service just blow me away, but him and his partner staying until 9:30pm to finish the work was over the top. Not many people would do that. It's not very often in today's world you find someone as polite and professional as Ken, and It's even as less often you find someone that takes as much pride their work as he does. Highest recommendation possible!!

Hello all, stay away from this crook Mark and his partner ken. MK stands for Mark and Ken here. I…read moreused their services and regret the decision. Mark is one of the most unprofessional person I have even met in my life. He came to inspect a panel at my rental unit a few weeks back and told me I need to upgrade it immediately and I/ my tenant is in imminent danger if we don't do so. Mark asked us 2250 CAD for the work. After that he didn't return my calls, no response to my messages for 5 straight days. He later has barged into my property to work on it without my permission, I asked him to leave my property immediately, he left and threatened to send me an invoice of 200 CAD as inspection fees. I called another company and got the work done for 500, they were able to use my exesting panel all they did was clean up the wires going to it and arrange them in an orderly manner. They send pictures as proof to let me know me and my tenant were not in danger and this is only if I wish to go ahead I can do the recommended activity and I was being scammed by Mark. This person has fake reviews online by himself (Mark) promoting his company. I don't usually write reviews but I want to warm the world about this crook (Mark). Sincere request don't do business with such people, save your money and time I will be reporting this crook to Ontario board that looks into electric/electricians for giving me false information to gain my business
