A simple note saying "this was not our best, we overextended ourselves, and we apologize" would have been totally fine. But it just bothers me that we never got the courtesy of that or even a basic reply to try and resolve the issue... until... I left a public review. So, to reply directly to what was written in Google: 1. Coming after business hours was not a favor to us. It was an inconvenience. Our time was wasted. 2. The diagnosis provided on-site was exactly what we already knew and communicated. I even told the tech on-site the issue was written in our home disclosures when we bought the property. We weren't looking for another consultation... we were looking for actual work to be conducted. 3. What benefit is it to provide a quote if we can't reach anyone to come back out to do it? Unfortunate!

EZ walked away leaving violations. I had galvanized pipe replaced with PEX pipe in my basement, severing the GEC ground. After waiting 6 full weeks of calling and voicemails, I FINALLY got them back out to finish the job and fix the ground. They let me go 6 weeks without a ground! The receptionist always says she'll call you back and never does. I had to call EZ back out a total of 4 times to bring my home up to code. Unacceptable. Never again. Save yourself the headache.
