After waiting 6 full weeks of calling and voicemails, I FINALLY got them back out to finish the job and fix the ground. They let me go 6 weeks without a ground! The receptionist always says she'll call you back and never does. I had to call EZ back out a total of 4 times to bring my home up to code. Unacceptable. Never again. Save yourself the headache.
