Load side was the second place I called for an estimate. Now I will ONLY call Load side for my electrical work. The first guy i called gave me an estimate over the phone that was twice the true on-site estimate that Andrew gave. They showed up on time, evaluated the job site and got right to work. They did an amazing job, very professional, very clean work, and super nice people. I am glad I found Load side and you will be too! Update: I called Load side for some more work I needed to get done. Including: a new outlet with usb ports in my mudroom, running a new circuit in order to mount my TV on the wall, and new Can Lights in the basement. He was On Time, Punctual, Professional, Honest, Hard working, and Knowledgeable. read more

Fixed our drier outlet in about an hour and a half, came the day after we called. Amazing service, Andrew H even checked an additional outlet at no additional charge. Load Side has excellent customer service and quick response times. In today's economy, helping out the consumer whenever you can is how you get my business. Will be reaching out for all future electrical issues. read more

I found my new permanent electrician! He explained everything he was doing while he worked. He fixed my primary, pressing issues plus one more! I'm very happy with Andrew Hutchison's quality of work and will have him return when I'm ready for the other things I need done. read more

Andrew came out at the beginning of the scheduled visit. He soon resolved our circuit breaker and switch issues. We also had a nice visit, since Andrew is a good soul. Also, the cost was very reasonable! I highly recommend Load Side Electric! read more

Andrew was very professional even showing up with a mask. Explained everything to me before starting the job. I was even fortunate to get same day service! I would definitely recommend him. Toni o'Farrell read more

Excellent product & service! This might just be my 1st 5 star review but Andrew at Load Side has earned every bit of it. And I know how helpful these review can be for consumers searching for fair pricing and good service. I have an unhealthy fear of electrical fires so I knew I had to not only get a professional but also one whose work I'd feel comfortable with enough to sleep at night knowing the job was done right. Andrew added recessed lighting in a bathroom and it's that perfect crisp but not harsh white light that was needed. I'm so glad I obsessed over choosing the right person for the job and will be hiring him again to change out and add additional lighting. read more

A-1 Top-notch, highly qualified licensed electrician who is honest. Andrew is up-front with his hourly fee and is honest with the job assessments. I have used his services for the past 5+ years. The first time was when he took care of an emergency electrical situation on the very same day I called. His expertise and prompt concern for my safety is what won me over. Now know this please - If you are looking for "cheap," then Load Side is not for you. Load Side will not be the least expensive, nor will they be the most expensive. You get what you pay for. With Load Side (Andrew), I have peace of mind knowing my family and I are safe because the work was done correctly and any potential problems while doing the work will be fixed. All this for a very reasonable price! Thank you Andrew! read more

Andrew and Load Side Electric was an absolute pleasure to work with. From my first call, Andrew carefully listened to the work that I needed done and provided a few recommended courses of action. He worked within my tight timeline to provide an onsite estimate and schedule a day to get the job done. He was extremely professional and carefully explained to me what he was doing so that I felt comfortable with the service I was receiving. I would recommended Andrew and Load Side Electric to anyone who is in need of a Master Electrician, and for any job big or small. Thank you again! read more

Andrew was extremely helpful, and efficient with our time. Took great care of us...I'm already thinking of new jobs for him!

We had Andrew from Load Side Electric out on 8/11 to take a look at several issues we were having in a house we just purchased. I was only able to give him vague descriptions of the problems, like flickering lights, but he investigated each issue and found several things that needed fixing. He took the time to explain and show me each thing he was doing, which I really appreciated. Very nice guy, pleasant to talk to, and he was able to address all my concerns for a good price. He even arrived a few minutes early, but only after calling first to make sure that was okay. And they promptly return phone calls, another plus. After having unpleasant experiences with several people and companies related to our recent move, I am more than happy to write a good review where a good review is due. All told, I had a very positive experience with Load Side and will be calling them again next time we have electrical work that needs to be done. read more

Working with Andrew was an awesome experience. First of all, I needed to re-schedule due to work and he was more than accommodating(he actually was able to come out a day earlier than planned!). He patiently explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. Super personable and professional service. Price was awesome as well. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work. read more
