They came right out and gave us an estimate to rewire our whole house due to our house having aluminum wiring that showed signs of burning, scorching, etc They began the next day and Hayden and Elijah came out and began the work. They were later joined by Mike. All three of them did a great job, were very easy to work with, friendly and hard working. John, the owner called me to see how the work was going and if I had any issues. There were none because all of them were outstanding to deal with. They were all a blessing to my family for the way they worked and their professionalism and personalities. My house now has safe wiring and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and have them do any future work for me and my family. We didn't want to spend $5,000+ on a whole house generator. When I called they actually listened to me and didn't pressure me into getting a whole house generator. Instead, I had them install an interlock kit with a portable generator for my 960 sf. house. We've had to use it twice now since the ice storm and the portable generator with interlock kit has powered virtually our whole house! No issues! My fridge works, all bedroom lights work, 2 bathroom lights work, sump pump works all because of the interlock kit. We are very happy we did this and can't them Ashcott Electrical enough for installing it.

They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.
