This company is in the business of buying houses in Michigan and flipping them. They do very unprofessional work, they don't bother to pull permits for any of their work, and they do patch jobs using unlicensed contractors (ie. themselves) to hide major issues with a house - all without failing to disclose the full scope of their renovations to begin with.
