My only issue was 4 sunflowers (last they had in the store) I bought along with a dozen daisies, I called right away saying the sunflowers didn't look right and was told they just haven't opened, I said ok. I waited 4 ish days and nothing so I called back and even sent pictures of the day I received them and the current day. Heard nothing back from them so I think their communication with their customers could use some improvement for their success.

Update: the florist felt bad for the big difference and sent my mom a new bouquet, free of charge, which I appreciated.
