I ordered a gardenia corsage for my mother on Mother's Day. My mother is 92 years old. I picked up the corsage on Mother's Day at 10AM for an 11AM brunch. I ordered this flower a week before to make sure Garden Fantasy could get it. I was very disappointed when I picked it up. It was in a clear plastic box covered with a wet paper towel. They asked if I wanted to see it and I said yes. They showed it to me and the flower was brown around all the edges (see photos). I told the owner, "It's all brown around the edges!". The owner snipped back, "It's all about the fragrance". I bought it for $27 and was embarrassed and apologetic to my mother. What else could I do? I will never shop this store again! I have lived in Belleville since 2014 and used to believe in supporting local businesses. read more

I was in PA attempting to order flowers for a friend in MI and after having a very bad experience with an on-line florist, I googled again and found Garden Fantasy on Main. I called rather than ordering on-line and met Collette, who was wonderful!! She answered all my questions patiently and, at times humorously, and put me completely at ease. Although I placed the order at 3:00 pm on Dec 23, they were delivered that same day, pre-Christmas Eve, and exactly as the arrangement appeared on-line - for $20 less than the first florist!! Professional, friendly, competent, true to their word and quick. I give this florist shop a 5-star rating and recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements, good prices, and excellent service. read more

Unfortunately just left and didn't have the best of experience. There wasn't much in the refrigerator. And asked if they had any of a certain flower in the back and was told prob not. They didn't even check. And when I noticed someone was in the back looking and talking about buying flowers I ask are we allowed to go in the back and look the older lady say " usually but no. We have weddings going on and don't want anything messed up or around.. but yes usually ." As a grown women in my 30s that was so disrespectful. As if I would mess up or destroy flowers? Or buy them all up? My grandma just passed and I was getting flowers for that. Just because I may look young doesn't mean I am or will mess up the back area. Or you could've shown me the flowers that weren't being bought or used. Great to know weddings are a far more important occasion than funeral bouquets. read more

Ordered for first time yesterday and purchased the most expensive floral arrangement for that arrangement for someone very dear to me and although the flowers were very pretty they were definitely NOT what I purchased, you can see the fullness comparison. I purposely drive by there on my way to work because the outside is beautiful! We are long-time customers of the Garden Fantasy that is now on Tyler. We were thrilled that someone in the family bought this location and quickly turned it into a gem. They often host classes that always seem fun! The thing I like about Garden fantasy is that they have a wide variety of items for different budgets but most of all when I buy flowers from them they last for 7 to 10 days or more. I never liked it when I bought flowers from retail stores and they were dead within a couple days. Not to mention every time that I've been in there and not necessarily known exactly what I wanted after a brief explanation they gave me exactly what I wanted and it was more beautiful than I expected. New to Michigan and my boyfriend sent me surprise flowers. I was on a run and had a missed call from the driver who delivered my flowers. I called back within 10 minutes and she was extremely rude. 1. I had no idea I was getting flowers 2. You can drop off any package at the front office if no one is home that lives in my complex. 3. She wanted me to come pick up the flowers when I had no idea I was even getting a delivery. Very rude and so unprofessional, especially since the dower delivery was supposed to make me feel better from the rough time him and I are having. This company needs a 101 on customer serivce, or a little sympathy and compassion. When my boyfriend called to actually order and confirm the order the ladies on the phone were SO un professional couldn't find the order. He called them back after I told him how rude the woman was to me and she took the delivery drivers side. The customer is always right. Ur company should be making others feel good not worse, or ruining my day with your bitchy attitudes. Once again, I had no idea I was receiving flowers, it's called a surprise for a reason. Didnt have the best experience at this location. When i ordered the flower and called to confirm the order. The individual sounded dumbfounded and couldn't find the order. The other woman lynn was very helpful and found the order. But the fact of the matter was.... the driver wasnt respectful with the recepient who was my girlfriend. And then explained that the flowers couldn't be delivered to the front office. I have mailed manyyy packages and flowers to the front office so i knew that was false. Im disappointed and really wanted soemthing to brighten up my girlfriends day because im a idiot. So this flower shop didnt help my cause read more
