Flowers By Lobb is everything you hope for in a local business. The staff is consistently kind,…read morepatient, and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure you find exactly what you need. They offer a wonderful variety of arrangements and gifts, and I can always count on finding something beautiful within my budget thanks to their competitive pricing. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers. Recently, my sister had me order flowers for a funeral viewing, but neither of us realized the service was scheduled for the following Wednesday rather than the upcoming one. Instead of simply delivering them on the date we requested, the team at Flowers By Lobb contacted the funeral home to verify the details and caught the mistake before it became a problem. They absolutely saved the day. That level of personalized service is something you rarely find anymore, and it's exactly why supporting local businesses matters. Flowers By Lobb goes above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful flowers backed by exceptional customer care.
