I called and left a message with Jason asking why he did not show or call regarding our appointment. Jason called me back and stated he was working at a home with "no cell phone reception" and agreed to stop by at 7:30 pm to complete our estimate. I understand that people can get behind on their work schedule, but a no call/no show is unacceptable for any business model. Jason agreed to email an estimate to me within the week. I have never received an estimate or a call back. I am confused as to why Jason bothered to waste an hour of both of our time (to do a walk through for estimate ) and the week I waited to get an appointment , then never sent an estimate. If a business does not want to do work for a customer, for whatever reason, just be honest and state that fact. Ghosting a customer is never a good way to conduct business. I am just looking for an electrician to address and correct some electrical issues that I have.

They claimed my entire service line and panel were "compromised," yet they refused to provide the written diagnostic report I paid an additional $150.00 to receive. For three weeks, I was subjected to a cycle of misinformation and delays. My interactions with "Rob" (owner Robert West) were particularly unprofessional; after misleading me for weeks and stalling my project, he promised a full refund that never arrived. I was very worried after hearing this. Completely ignored for weeks. Rob gladly cashed my check though anyway. This company appears to rely on high-pressure "emergency" tactics followed by a total lack of accountability once they have your money. Mark is one of the most unprofessional person I have even met in my life. He came to inspect a panel at my rental unit a few weeks back and told me I need to upgrade it immediately and I/ my tenant is in imminent danger if we don't do so. Mark asked us 2250 CAD for the work. After that he didn't return my calls, no response to my messages for 5 straight days. He later has barged into my property to work on it without my permission, I asked him to leave my property immediately, he left and threatened to send me an invoice of 200 CAD as inspection fees. I called another company and got the work done for 500, they were able to use my exesting panel all they did was clean up the wires going to it and arrange them in an orderly manner. They send pictures as proof to let me know me and my tenant were not in danger and this is only if I wish to go ahead I can do the recommended activity and I was being scammed by Mark. This person has fake reviews online by himself (Mark) promoting his company. I don't usually write reviews but I want to warm the world about this crook (Mark). Sincere request don't do business with such people, save your money and time I will be reporting this crook to Ontario board that looks into electric/electricians for giving me false information to gain my business
