I'm torn on this one- I'm mostly unhappy with the way it was handled by management. I had someone…read morecome out to handle a bunch of ungrounded electric on the house I bought. I was told it would be handled one way over the phone- but when the electrician got here- he chose to tackle it another way: he attempted to put GFCI breakers on the circuit box which would not hold- so he then he had to spend time removing them, and ultimately the project I waited 8 weeks for them to come out and handle was 0% complete. While he was here I had him do a couple other things: replace two outlets, put a recess plug behind the TV and add a two gang light switch with a dimmer. I eventually got the bill and it was well over a thousand despite the major project I brought them out for being O% complete. I was charged in full for his hours installing, testing and uninstalling his "fix". When I called they argued with me on the number of hours that portion of the project took and ultimately took less than two hundred off my bill, did not offer a solution or fix to the unresolved problem. I was very open minded in calling as I know things can come up with electric and plumbing that are out of the hands of the service worker- but in my opinion the person working on my house did not seem knowledgeable and attempted a different fix than what was originally offered.

Out of the 5 people I came in contact with the total score out of 5 was a 4.2…read more Highest score was a 5 and the lowest was a 3. All of them were friendly and nice. The reason I decided on allowing this company to do the job was they were able to install next day. What did I hate the most about the install, the late start and the excessive amount of breaks. So much so another company here to install something, mentioned it. "I did not take off marks for that." It was just the worst part of the install. The best thing I loved about the installation is the color of the LVP. A better choice than the other companies I received quotes from. ----- I hate the pricing model from all of the companies. I'd like to see that I was charged the same as the people before me, apples to apples, prices are listed so I can see for myself. ($8+ a sq foot for 420 sq ft and there is no flooring to move. Compare it to the rest of the flooring that was done that included 21 steps. Rooms were bigger and there was carpet, and tack strips to take up. Plus, they already had the product on the truck, per installer. My fear, and I believe it happened. 1st sale was to get the job and the second was to make up the difference from the first sale. I felt I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I loved the color and the reason they didn't get a score of 5 , I just wanted it over. Even though I knew $8+ was on the high side of competitive while telling me you're giving me a deal. Only y'all know if you lied. Since I'm not presented with a price sheet. I hate the, today it's 5, tomorrow it's 2 and next week it's 10. Whatever your head decides it is. You feel robbed while they're smiling in your face. Not once did someone mention the 60% installation, why, cause there's no such thing. Vent over!
