We contracted with Building-Integrity in 2019 to install a Struxure Pergula. The first payment…read morebeing in July. Work didn't start until around September and wasn't completed until December. (First red flag.). My louvers didn't operate properly from the beginning. (Second red flag.). Since then we have lived with a defective Pergula. Once or twice a year Mike came out to try to repair it only after many emails and texts. (Third red flag.). All the motors were replaced at least once, some twice. Mike tried to replace a board in the control panel and tried to face time with someone (I found out later) who knew what he was doing. I.E. Mike had no idea how to fix it. (Fourth red flag.) This year I was promised in May that someone would come out to fix our Pergula and even now in September no one has shown up. To sum up, this company is not only very poor in BUILDING they clearly have no INTEGRITY. Why else would we have been strung along for 5 years and still not gotten a properly working structure?? May I add that we were charged over $45,000 for this disaster!! You have been warned!
