I had multiple roofing companies inspect my roof and provide quotes. Out of all these companies, Billy's Roofing stood far above the rest. There are four reasons I say this: 1.)Attention to Detail - When Katelyn came to inspect our roof, she conducted a detailed inspection with pictures. Katelyn found multiple leaks I had missed, identified ventilation issues that were causing mold growth I had noticed, and provided the most detailed overview of our roof's current state. Other roofing companies did not spend nearly as much time with us and missed the other leaks since they did not even fully inspect the attic. The free detailed consultation Katelyn provided was better than the home inspections I have paid for when purchasing a home. 2.)Quality of Work and Materials - The crew did an amazing job on the roof and was extremely efficient. We had both a large detached garage and our home roofed. The crew completed the job in a single day. The edges of the roof and the roof's surface look much better than the last roof I had, which has given our house more curb appeal than it has had in the last 20 years. Lastly, they left our yard in better shape than it was when they arrived. I could not find a leftover nail or scrap of debris anywhere. 3.)Communication - Katelyn did an amazing job of communicating throughout the entire process. She had a clear plan for resolving the issues with our roof, kept us informed on scheduling changes as the weather evolved through the week, and ensured no detail was missed in our roofing project. 4.)Value for the Money - Out of all the estimates I received, Billy's Roofing offered the most value for the price charged compared to their competitors. I cannot recommend Billy's Roofing highly enough. I will 100% trust Billy's Roofing in the future for any roofing needs I have.

Update to Complaint/Review HomeSpec Waterproofing and…read moreFoundation Repair I am writing to provide an update regarding my experience with HomeSpec Waterproofing. In 2024 I entered into a contract (which I paid cash for) with HomeSpec to have my basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed. Over the following two years my basement continued to take on water after heavy rainfalls. After multiple visits that yeilded no answers and a periood where communication stalled, I posted a negative review to express my frustration. Shortly after posting, HomeSpec reached out and sent a team back to my home. Thats when management representative Brian stepped in and took full accountability for finding the root cause. He used a practical methods to track the water flow, he placed paper towels around the perimeter to pinpoint the entry point and found it. After the next rain he had his crew to remove the drywall and insulation to expose the hidden leak. Once the leak was identified, the crew repaired the issue. As of 9/2/2026, HomeSpec has restored my basement by installing new insulation, putting up and painting new drywall as replacing my electrical fixtures in the area where there was water damage. While the overall process took a long time and required significant peristance to reach a solution, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Brian for his professionalism, determination to making things right, Hopefully the issue is now resolved, and I will be monitoring the basement during upcoming rainfalls to ensure the fix remains permanent. I have to give credit where credit is due. Thank You Brian.

The cracks were repaired proficiently and the work site was well cleaned and all debris removed before departing. Overall 5 stars.
