BEWARE! My home had 13 code violations. EZ came out and began work. After 2 work days they…read moresaid the job was complete. Inspector found 6 remaining violations! EZ walked away leaving violations. I had galvanized pipe replaced with PEX pipe in my basement, severing the GEC ground. After waiting 6 full weeks of calling and voicemails, I FINALLY got them back out to finish the job and fix the ground. They let me go 6 weeks without a ground! The receptionist always says she'll call you back and never does. I had to call EZ back out a total of 4 times to bring my home up to code. Unacceptable. Never again. Save yourself the headache.

Following much anguish & many discussions with Ford, Ford sent a new charging unit. So the brand new unit Ford had originally shipped me was defective. Most would not think a new device was defective, but Generators Plus was able to determine this. When the replacement charger was received, they had everything working well rather quickly. I was impressed that they were willing to do the job, they figured out that Ford had sent me a defective unit, and they were very polite, cleaned up their work and were just as friendly as could be.
