EZ walked away leaving violations. I had galvanized pipe replaced with PEX pipe in my basement, severing the GEC ground. After waiting 6 full weeks of calling and voicemails, I FINALLY got them back out to finish the job and fix the ground. They let me go 6 weeks without a ground! The receptionist always says she'll call you back and never does. I had to call EZ back out a total of 4 times to bring my home up to code. Unacceptable. Never again. Save yourself the headache.

So, to reply directly to what was written in Google: 1. Coming after business hours was not a favor to us. It was an inconvenience. Our time was wasted. 2. The diagnosis provided on-site was exactly what we already knew and communicated. I even told the tech on-site the issue was written in our home disclosures when we bought the property. We weren't looking for another consultation... we were looking for actual work to be conducted. 3. What benefit is it to provide a quote if we can't reach anyone to come back out to do it? They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.
