Lorenzo came out within 24 hours and unclogged the vent hole in the interior back wall of the freezer. It has worked great since then. 2 weeks ago, my 25 year old (or older!) water heater went out. The team came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it efficiently. It' seems to be working well again, which is such a relief. I don't have a lot of experience with appliance repair, so I can't say for certain how the cost compares to market rates, but it seemed reasonable for the work done. I went to TONY'S USED APPLIANCE, on Railroad Ave. in Ceres, They were the nicest people, super friendly and most of all, AFFORDABLE! The appliance comes with 90 day warranty. And YES they stand behind every appliance they sell. So I basically got a new kitchen I could afford, refrigerator with ice and water in door,side by side, range and oven, ( gas,)for less than I would have paid for just a range and oven!! These guys are the best! Try them out if you ever get into a jam. They deliver and take the old stuff away.
