Just went in and bought a toilet the sales rep Jose Pineda was super rude so rude. My mom went in…read morelooking for a pressure tank toilet first he told us we needed to know EXACTLY which we wanted for him to help us. Then when we told him he was like oh well those are very expensive. When again my mom said yes that's fine. I already have one purchased it before he said it again well they're like 500 again that's fine would just like options he finally reluctantly gave us options they had an expired flyer of one on special it didn't meet my moms wants so we didn't get that one. He quoted out another one the whole time he kept saying he had all these things to do and people to call. After he finished the quote again was super condescending telling us the price. When my mom said accept he had someone else finish the transaction. The guy who finished helping us was nice and he did everything good. So I guess don't go in here unless you look like you're dipped in gold because it's very expensive.

The female (I won't state her name) was rude, accusatory and dismissive. I'm not sure how to resolve this. Either they can resolve the countertop issue or they can come and get EVERYTHING. I say stay away. I spent a good chunk of change on their failures.

Disappointed with the installation of the cabinets. I ordered counter tops and the color received…read morewas not the same. I understand variations in natural stone but this was a different color. Subcontractors for the installation were used and the installer did a tacky job. The so-called subcontractor damaged cabinets and scratched cabinets and inappropriately attached cabinets. (They were replaced but he knew the damage was there and assumed I was gonna be ok with it. Then he tried to say it was someone else. I had pictures dated and time stamped. Cabinets to Go did not replace all damaged cabinets/drawers). The contractors left holes where the handles were installed because I'm assuming the holes he drilled were too wide. The cabinets were not flush against the walls. I will have to pay someone to put filler on them to make it look finished. T My biggest concern with Cabinets to Go was the unfairness of refusing to accept their error for the countertop. The delivery guys told me they have had complaints from other customers who paid for the same pattern I selected because the color is so misrepresented. I sent photos to 2 other departments and both departments agreed that the color was off, but when it went to final approval, my request for a partial credit or new countertops was denied. So I was forced to pay for a countertop that Cabinets to Go selected. I have remodeled 2 rental properties since my home install and I did not use Cabinets to go. I will not recommend them or use them again. I would recommend using your own contractor or installer if you do use Cabinets to go. Cabinets to Go misrepresented other aspects as well. This was for the ready-to-go cabinets. I would hope that their custom cabinets are better.

I visited the Standard Plumbing location at 702 Kearney Ave. in Modesto today. I typically receive…read moregreat service at this location, which is why today's experience stood out in a negative way. I asked an employee, Isaac Perez, if they carried ProPress angle stops. He stated that they did not. I later went to the aisle where angle stops are located and found the exact ProPress angle stops I was looking for. When I asked Isaac about pricing--since some items were labeled and others were not--he said he was unaware of the pricing and that the prices shown were probably incorrect. At the front register, Isaac assisted me again. I asked about pricing on several items, and throughout the interaction he appeared disengaged, made little to no eye contact, and provided very short responses to my questions. I mentioned that I had recently seen the same ProPress fittings at the Manteca location for $10.99. Isaac insisted that the price had "for sure gone up," which I found confusing since he had earlier stated they didn't even carry the item. When he entered the four fittings I brought to the register, the system showed five in stock. He then asked me if there were five on the shelf, in a way that felt insinuating, as though I had taken an extra item. I informed him that I do not manage inventory at the store. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for this location, but the level of customer service I received from Isaac Perez warranted sharing this feedback. I hope this helps improve future customer interactions.

By the end of the same day, Lorenzo had installed my new water heater, and hauled off the old water heater. I am so pleased with the work Lorenzo has done for me!
