Cute little spot in Renton! Stopped by randomly while nearby and glad I did!…read more We tried the crème brûlée boba milk (caffeine free!) and the strawberry lychee jasmine tea! We both really enjoyed the crème brûlée boba milk! It was sweet but did not have the artificial flavor that some other spots have. The boba was soft and warm and had great flavor! 5/5. The lychee strawberry jasmine tea was pretty good as well! I didn't realize that it had lychee bits instead of lychee jelly (my fault) but we both agree it would be better with the jelly! 4/5 They have a pretty small parking lot so parking may get difficult on a busy day. I would definitely come back for the crème brûlée and to try some other drinks!

The store is nice with a few tables and upbeat music. You're welcomed by friendly staff and the strong smell of bubble waffles in the air. There are five different levels of roasts (light, medium light, medium, medium-heavy, and heavy) of the same base Taiwanese Lishan oolong tea to showcase how a master roaster can draw out different flavors by varying the heat applied to the leaves. Each person selects their roast level, and watches as 3 grams of tea leaves is combined with 95 degree water for a 6 minute brew time. There is a small presentation associated with the tasting, so the total experience takes about half an hour. Best of all, it's free! Note that this tea is different from the tea used in their drinks. I got the bubble milk tea with cream, perfect sweet and less ice. The boba is perfectly chewy and, the cream gives the drink a thicker, more velvety mouthfeel. The sweetness and cream perfectly balance the tea. Yum!

They were out of a few flavors, but my son chose the Vanilla Unicorn. I was definitely surprised that it was blue, but he really enjoyed it. I had never tried Earl Grey soft serve before, so I will definitely have to go back and get that flavor next time. The portions are very generous. My son had so much ice cream that we were able to enjoy it for about three days. I did not order anything for myself this time, but I would definitely go back.

Now, we are not sure if the dasher was attempting some Grand Theft Auto moves on the way, or if it was just packaged poorly. Either way, not the greatest first impression. Now, onto the drinks! Both my daughter and my mother got the honeydew milk tea. Normally, we order bubble tea, which is what we *thought* they were getting. Apparently we need to do some more research on the difference between the two. For me, I ordered a mango smoothie. It was a tad more tart than I was expecting, but decent enough for me to finish without sharing. I can't say I would completely go out of my way to order from them again. Not bad, but not in your face overwhelming, either.

We received a birthday code for a birthday drink for my daughter. We drove from Enumclaw just to be told that they don't accept their own coupons that they send out. When I reached out to Oasis on insta they said that's not true, apologized, promised a replacement code, and then went crickets. We never received the promised code. So in short they don't honor their written agreements, they bait you with a coupon they have zero intention of honoring, and they will ghost you after promising to "fix" the situation. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. If I treated my customers this way I wouldn't have customers. We found that Happy Lemon in Covington has plenty promos, great bobas, and very nice counter crew. Bye Oasis.

I got the what they claim to be the most popular mango grapefruit sago and it did not disappoint. It's not too sweet and has generous fresh chunks of mango in it. I don't like grapefruit and decided to take a risk and honestly I did not taste the grapefruit at all. What makes this shine is that despite the generous amount of mango the jasmine tea also shined through and perfectly pairs with the rest of the drink. It's creamy and delicious and the sago is a good addition as well. I highly recommend this popular concoction! You order at the front through a kiosk and they call your number. Lots of dining options and affordable prices in the food court area. Deli foods are some of the best I've seen inside a gigantic Japanese grocery store with lots of space and aisles to walk around. You can find authentic Japanese gifts or shop for local Seattle souvenirs and other items. Everything was clean, new, and cute here. The Japanese folks made a very good investment here. Walkable to Chinatown restaurants and shops. Staffs are all good citizens. Cleaning lady says Hi and talk to you if you talk to her. Seattle's Chinatown district has been on a decline due to crimes/violence/vandalism since Covid til now, but Uwajimaya holds strong. They even hired own private security guards to escort criminals and troublemakers out as needed. There had been shoplifting and harassments to employees and customers from random outsiders and drug addicts or homeless folks nearby. Uwajimaya is doing everything it can to remain in business operations. Fully staffed. Good product selections.
