I've had the dirty boba milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and kiwi basil tea. They're all pretty tasty. You can't really go wrong here. I've also ordered the popcorn chicken and calamari. The chicken was fine the first time I had it. It could use more seasoning. However, the second time I ordered it, the chicken came in small pieces and most of the pieces had inedible cartilage bits. I know I didn't just pay for chicken I can't eat. The calamari was chewy. I've definitely had better chicken and calamari elsewhere. This was my first time going to this location and wow! The layout for this location is very aesthetically nice and pleasing. Many people were there when I went and they were either working on something or enjoying their time with friends. The whole vibe it gave off was really good! I usually order a dirty boba but I decided to get a strawberry freeze and it was really refreshing. It reminded me of the little Korean strawberry milk drinks. Overall I had a good time and the workers were pretty quick on making the drinks which is a plus considering how busy it got. read more

Got the jasmine green milk tea and it was MINDBLOWING. I've been searching for a tea like this for AGES, which probably explains the caps on these words... Here are my criteria for a good jasmine green tea (milk or not): - is there an aftertaste? is it astringent? - is there a natural sweetness or does it feel 'added'? - mouthfeel? - tea density? And here are my answers for feng cha: - yes, but it's light and floral (even with milk). no astringent aftertaste (HUGE win, I tend to get unpleasant flavors at other boba spots) - yes, so natural (I got 50% sugar and it was perfect) - light, airy almost, and sits nicely in the mouth and doesn't coat the tongue - superrrrr light it was almost perfect. I will say that there could have been more flavor from the tea but, personally, I wouldn't change it. (this is a big selling point for me as it can make or break the tea experience) Overall, really enjoyed the pickup and ordering experience as well. Except...you are promised 20% off your first online order and since I had already downloaded the app it didn't let me apply the discount. I visited the shop at 10:56, 4 minutes before closing. I was expecting to be turn away, but to my surprise the staff welcomed me. My drink was made in less than 2 minutes. I ordered the Lychee Oolong tea with lychee jelly and agar boba, and both the flavor profiles were apparent in the drink. I personally love Feng Cha, but this location has very mediocre food and drinks that was way overpriced, especially the cake foam! Perhaps I came on a bad day, but the drink I had was overly sweet and the boba was not chewy, it broke apart in my mouth immediately and tasted powdery. I wouldn't mind too much, but I would expect higher quality from a brand like Feng Cha, and especially considering the price I'm paying. The only thing saving this review from being one star was the excellent service from the pretty cashier. Super sweet girl, I just wish food and drink were up to par. read more

Gave it another two tries and still sugar levels are just off every single time and there's barely any tea flavor. I feel like I'm just drinking Sweet water or better yet sometimes unsweetened water with a whole bunch of creamer. Ordered a Four seasons tea with boba from here today, Sunday. Price $4.50. Was told soft opening discount was only offered on weekdays. Tea was excellent quality, boba was good. Great price for the product. Decor was really nice. I only did takeout, but dine in space looked pleasant. Got there before 1:30pm; there were two parties in front of me. First negative is that they made my drink with milk, even though my order did not include milk. They re-did it, but the staff seemed mildly confused. Second slight negative is that the person at the cashier was monotone and unenthusiastic. Will come back to see if the soft opening discount is still offered. And I'm hoping that as the weeks pass, more pleasant staff members are placed at the cashier and that the staff making the drinks pay closer attention to the order. read more

Got the chrysanthemum gogi ginger tea (hot), which is my favorite drink here. I asked for it 25% sweet but it was still extremely sweet. Not sure if it was a mistake or if next time I should ask for 0% sweet. We also ordered popcorn chicken - which really needs more seasoning. Usually theres a special pepper blend that makes popcorn chicken so satisfying but this one was on the bland side. Also got fried fish balls, which were alright, but also bland. Some sauces or some options for extra seasoning/spice would benefit a lot. Second time trying - got the matcha breeze this time. First time trying this drink and GOSH I was so underwhelmed. Absolutely NO matcha flavor, and I got it with no sugar so if I can't taste the matcha, then you know there's no matcha. There's milk foam on the top, the breeze part might as well be milk because it was about as green as the milk foam. Went back and asked if they could adjust it by adding more matcha, and the barista said yes (thank you Sir). I know it's not the staff's fault, as recipes are decided by the business itself. To the owners/recipe makers: only adding one teaspoon-sized scoop of matcha in a matcha drink is a being a little too conservative! Flavor is barely there in a matcha flavored drink!! Even with the added scoop I thought the flavor wasn't strong enough. I can get matcha frappes greener and more flavorful than this drink at Starbucks!
