Surprised by the low rating! Not only did I really like the milk, tea and the tapioca, I also thought the value was amazing - it was only like $5.5 for the Earl Gray tea latte and it was a regular size if not slightly larger than usual portion. The boba was chewy and fresh and had a good amount of sweetness. Great service too!

I came across this drink place that used to be Zero. I decided to try it as they had fresh taro. It was pretty good. You have an option to pick fresh milk or oat milk. Overall, I enjoyed my drink. You can order on the kiosk. There is also a 15% off your drink with a welcome special if you order by the QR code. They have opened for about a month. I was so thirsty that I finished the fresh taro drink without taking a photo of the drink. Overall, the taro was pretty fresh and I had it with oat milk. I would come back and get the drink again.

The other day I asked for a stamp card and they ran out. I was told to come back again to get it situated. The employees who were working the day I came in were really helpful! I believe it was Leanna and AJ that helped me get it resolved, they're amazinggggg!! (: Also their strawberry matcha is pretty good! Usually my go-to order. But I kinda gotta ask beforehand bc they usually run out of either the strawberry puree or boba

Replaced the famous zero& and I felt a bit disappointed. Customer service was A1 and the team were great but the drinks... all of them were just mediocre. At 100%, I expected it to be extremely sweet but all of our drinks were watered down and very very bland.

Anisha Y.

The salted cream cloud on top of the strawberry matcha was a highlight -- perfectly balanced and really elevated the drink. Ordering was easy with multiple screens available. Cute shop overall, though worth noting there are only four small stools inside, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to linger. One small heads-up: the lid isn't super secure, so I would avoid shaking your drink. Loved the vibe and would come back if I go back to the great mall - a nice shopping break.

The matcha with strawberry drink was delicious. Just a top tier combination overall. Their recommended sweetness level was perfect (50%).

Glad to finally find milksha in great mall. I got taro milk, it's creamy and smooth, just the way I like it.

I was super happy to see they finally have milksha out here in the states because it reminds me of my time in Taiwan. You can either order at the 2 self service kiosks or up front. It's not a sit down type of place since the store is so small but that's fine since it's inside the mall. I got my go-to taro milk drink. It was ready within 5 mins. Not too bad since there were 2 orders before and after me. Honestly I didn't have too high expectations based on previous reviews but was still hoping for something considering none of them got the taro drink. Sadly the $7 drink left me pretty disappointment. There were no taro chunks nor was the drink creamy. Just had a light smear of taro paste around the cup and the milk was light and watered down. If I added any toppings like boba, it would have been $8+ ... which is not worth it to me

We decided to try this place since this was the only boba around at this section of the Great Mall. It's 2 stores down from Jollibee. They have 3 self-service kiosks, a couple of seats and a monitor to give status of your order (which I like so you're not blind to when your order is ready). I got the brown sugar with honey boba. I liked how it was super cold. It was pretty good.

I tried Milksha while visiting Taiwan and I enjoyed their pearl milk tea! I remember it being really solid. Seeing them open in the Bay Area now, I wanted to try! Their honey boba was perfectly chewy and tasted just like the one in Taipei! + Mango Lemon Green Tea (4/5): Wasn't expecting a fruit drink to be super good from a shop with MILK in the name. However this drink was scrumptious! I just wish the green tea was more fragrant. + Single Origin Black Tea Latte (5/5): The perfect tea to milk ratio in my opinion! The tea is strong and sweet. Veryyyy creamy too! I'd come back and order this again.

Milksha in Taiwan is one of my favorite boba chain. I've never been disappointed by a Milksha before until today. The drink options on menu were mostly different than the Milksha I saw in Taiwan just a few days ago, so I was a bit sad about the limited options. I would've thought it's a different store if it weren't for the logo. I figure they'd expand their menu eventually, but for this visit, I decided to stay safe with my drink choice & went w/the jasmine latte with honey boba. 1. Jasmine green tea was oversteeped so it had that extra bitter taste 2. The honey boba was okay, but it wasn't sweetened for some reason. It's also a bit chewier than the ones in Taiwan. Chewy, but not QQ enough iykyk (the comparison is still fresh in my mind because I purposely got Milksha as my last drink before ending my trip so that I can have something to compare to) 3. The taro paste was very chunky & not smooth like paste at all Hopefully their owners are reading reviews and actively improving their quality because I really loved Milksha in Taiwan & this specific location's standard is not on par with the other existing Bay Area boba places at similar price point. Maybe we got unlucky and got a bad batch, but for now, I'll stick with other boba shops in the area until they improve.

Came to check out Milksha after some Taiwanese friends recommended it as a well-known chain in Taiwan! Mango lemon green tea - I got it with 50% sweetness as well as green tea jelly. So delicious and refreshing! Was really happy with this one and enjoyed the mango pieces in the drink Cha-cha churro - kind of like Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a drink. The drink itself felt a little watered down but the foam on top was yummy The store itself is quite small - more of a grab and go spot for boba.

I didn't know this was a Taiwan chain before walking in. I just saw this on one of the ad boards around the mall and thought the design was cute! I ordered a black milk tea latte just to test it out. It was one of those milk teas where you can taste the sugar but I think it's cane sugar (?). It tastes like what I'd expect of a tea latte which is NOT a milk teas IMO. Tea lattes are a bit weaker in tea flavor. Maybe LOL but I actually like the taste of cane sugar. Depending on the day I would think this is really nice. Doesn't have the strong strong tea taste that would be my favorite but I would come back for this because the price is decent and it's a nice delicate drink!

The service was a miss - the employees did not seem that friendly or welcoming upon walking in and during the ordering process. I was sent to the other counter to pay and trying to pay was a hassle because that employee was more focused on having a full on conversation with someone else than to ring me up. My drink was already done and waiting for me at the previous counter and I was still not helped, until I had to say something. I ordered their Green Milk Tea with boba and grass jelly - about $7 for a large, which is not that expensive compared to most other competitors for that size. The milk tea tasted so watered down and overly sweeten though, so I was not able to finish drinking it. I went a few stores down for another boba drink.

There's a self-order kiosk, but the customer in front of me was super slow in ordering, so an employee offered to help me at the register. My drink was ready in about 5 minutes and the food took 10 minutes. I got the deluxe sandwich (egg, turkey sausage, and cheese on a croissant bun), and an iced mocha with 2% milk. Both items were delicious. My beverage was a tad watery, a bit heavy on the ice, and had just enough mocha in it. It could have used a little more, but I still enjoyed this. The sandwich tasted better than it looked, and I couldn't tell the difference between the turkey sausage it came with and the savory flavor of pork breakfast sausage which I typically prefer, so that worked in my favor. It was definitely satisfying. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Maybe they have better matcha than standard lattes, so I'll give another shot next time and report back.

I can sort of justify it by thinking that I'm also paying for the lovely space to work as well. The desserts are also a bit pricy, at around $10 per piece (and the pieces aren't huge). Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a place to sit down for a while to read, study, or relax, despite the somewhat pricy menu.
